Parking problems

I was excited to move into these condos until I met the property manager Vivian she was so rude and disrespectful her attitude is disgusting she don’t know how to talk to people she yells and scream she over talk you I asked her for my application back with my cashiers check because I refuse to get treated like that she is the worst property manager I ever seen in my life when I was walking out and I told her have a good day she said I don’t care I don’t want your business here anyways I was so shocked to hear that a property manger would say something like that out of there mouth.

I went in today to drop off my application and I ended up speaking to Vivian the property manager she came out very rude loud and aggressive very disrespectful mind you it’s my first time meeting her she is very unpleasant and judgemental that shows the bad integrity of the association to allow some one like her to work there and to treat a potential tenant the way she did me I would never ever rent or buy any unit there as long as Vivian working at that location I advise anyone if you don’t want to get mistreated and disrespected by Vivian stir clear of any property that she manages.

Maintenance need

Currently on my way to pick up my car from being towed. Only one parking space per unit and if you park in the visitors parking,they will tow your car. This is a business that the security has with the towing company.

I do not recommend this condominium, I currently live in it because I have a contract to fulfill but the association is a complete corruption, with the parking lots they don't even mention they tow your car for any excuse, you can't even take a trip because you can't leave your car in a visitor for more than 24 hours even if you live there, you have paid an application of 150 dollars to the association, even if you have paid a sticker to enter and leave the condominium and for many other payments that in the end do not benefit at all I wouldn't classify it as a pleasant place to live.

Unfortunately I renewed the contract and if I could give it 0 stars I would do it. It is a complete corruption, there are no parking spaces and to make matters worse, they will tow your car for any excuse, it is shameless and disrespectful, the doors are either open or closed and not to mention Vivian, the manager who is never there and is a lady with very, very bad manners and a bad character. They crashed my husband's car and they couldn't give answers and in less than a month my car has already been towed twice. It's absurd

If I could give it a zero starts I would. I’ve been living here for longer than 5 years and this complex is soo bad. No parking, they always find reasons to tow your car and nothing works.
