DOT NOT MOVE HERE!!! There is no parking, jacuzzi doesn’t work, people do not move from visitors, common areas are badly kept, entrance door is always open or broken which means you’re either unsafe or can’t get into the property. The property structure and painting is not well kept. Believe every bad review about this property. Management does not care. Read below my review on management company (SPM GROUP INC) and some issues I have faced: The worst management!!! Everyone I talk to is unprofessional starting with property managers such as (Vivian Garcia). The property is kept horribly, they discriminate, maintenance of the properties are the worst I have seen, they will not meet your clients needs. I was stuck outside of my condo for 2 hours with THE SECURITY GUARD because entrances are not well kept and none of a doors opened. When my fellow neighbor called Vivian (property manager) to let her know she was told “that is not my business it is 5 am” with a nasty attitude inde and 3 families could not get inside their home. When she asked who we could contact property manager Vivian hung up the phone not knowing there were two babies behind us coming back from emergency. Their mother was distraught with the way we were all treated. No manager should be treating clients this way. Today I felt discriminated by this company due to being the only one that received a violation notice for a privacy fence stating I was covering balcony rails that I had for the past year and all my neighbors had. When I explained to Vivian how I felt. She said “don’t get me mad” how unprofessional that you speak to your clients with such rage and attitude. She actually screamed at me. Letting know I had no right to feel discriminated for being THE ONLY ONE that received the violation. The violation notice states my balcony is covering balcony rails but my privacy fence does not cover or obstructs balcony not only does it sound like discrimination but also threatening when you add the way I am constantly being treated how are you going to issue $100.00 fine someone that according to your violation notice is not breaking regulation I hope someone from this company that actually takes their job seriously takes the time to read this and finds some qualified to manage their properties that understands the importance of treating clients right.
