I have lived here for a while and I am very happy with my experience. The building is well maintained, with modern and safe common areas. The location is ideal, close to shops and with easy access to transport. The staff is attentive and repairs are done quickly. The units are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent condo, professional and friendly staff! Excellent location and good cleaning. 100% recommended, next year I will visit them again!!

Excellent attention

This place is so nice, that I feel here, I recommend choosing a place like this, you will not regret it, the attention chosen is very efficient and respectful from the staff in general.

I have been living in this building for 5 years, happy with my family, the manager's attention is great, and the solution to any problems that may arise is immediate and efficient.

Rude and unprofessional security/front desk person - older lady. Came in for a delivery - saw nobody at the desk - and went up the elevator. Came back down to ask where the other building was and she caught an attitude with me saying “you shouldn’t have rushed on through you have to check in here first,” all the while she has her head down watching videos on her phone. Maybe I wouldn’t have “rushed” past if I had seen the front desk person - oh wait she had her head flat down on her phone so how am I supposed to see anybody. I notice a lot of negative reviews about security and how people have issues feeling safe there recently. Maybe if we have a front desk/security job we should pay attention instead of having our head down watching videos on our phones right? I feel like that’s a reasonable need for that kind of job or maybe I’m wrong? Extremely rude and unprofessional.
