Lived there for two years and highly suggest there’s many other places out there to live that you’d be much more comfortable with Property management team is ridiculous. They play a lot of favoritism to certain people especially with the parking arrangements and tell others had a few problems. Try to get the property manager on the phone multiple emails handful of calls left many messages she refuses to get on the phone with anybody Nelly see she makes you deal with this incompetent, moron Jonathan, which is very dangerous at your expense Read all the reviews Save yourself the headaches and find another place to live piss poor Property management and nobody to complain. I tried a few times to go over Nelly but apparently there is no one over Nelly. She either owns it or just won’t let it go any higher. Very corrupt Property management. What if you move in there you’ll learn quick.
just wanna add for all them that saying the rules are laid out they are not they make their own rules, and then force their own rules. You can’t dispute the rule. In the box top stair, you can’t call anybody else but who’s there the Property management is completely in House and they don’t care also, they are real morons but I do keep a clean property

Lived here for 3 years and it's one of the best places to live I rented from a private landlord. Most of these condos are owned by a large investor group
Rules are strict but I had no issues with towing here. Just register the car

Worst place to live EVER!!! I lived here for 3 years & let’s just say the whole entire stay my family was harassed by the association. Once a week there’s either a complaint or a significant charge from the association seems like it’s only to the black residents. If you’re black you will be questioned & watched at all times. Parking rules are ridiculous. Gate is never working. During holiday's every other community decorations are very nice & here it’s so bland.

Clean for the most part but management threatens you about everything makes it pretty uncomfortable to live in.  The gate is broken every other week.  Strict rules make it hard to use the amenities and you can forget about parking.  I lived there for 3 years and decided to leave.   Privately owned condos.  I rented from Bondar homes. Beware they have several condos there and will not return your deposit they'll find every reason to keep every cent. Stay clear it's not worth it!!!

Nice place to live, near parks, supermakets, bus stop, quiet neighborhood. I live here since 2020 and I like, follow the rules, don't be nasty. I like living here, it is very central to several supermarkets, bus stop in front, Tamarac complex next door, other parks, quiet area, friendly neighbors. Well maintained common areas. I have lived here since 2020, the previous administration was a bit annoying and the manager was disrespectful. There is a new administration from 2022 and no problems.
Follow the rules and live in peace.
