Very frustrating when you leave work early after scheduling a tour over the phone only to show up and them not having anything to view, not even a model, apartments are available just not to show. No phone call to reschedule was extremely unprofessional, and if this is what happens during a tour good luck living there. Oh yeah and if you live on the third floor, climbing up all those stairs with groceries or kids is a joke bc there’s no elevator.

I just want to take this opportunity to commend Paula for offering exceptional services at St. Andrews. Paula demonstrates great hospitality and competence, is very informative, knowledgeable and shows great expertise in what she does. Whenever I have an issue, Paula addresses my issue in a timely manner and offers quick resolution. I am happy to be a resident at St Andrews because I’m guaranteed to get great services. I also wanted to say how amazing the Christmas party was and how appreciated I felt for being a resident. The entertainment was excellent and the food was phenomenal. The ambiance was beautiful. It was a great family event filled with surprises, gifts and fun.

St. Andrews was a great community! We absolutely loved our apartment and the office staff is always helpful. Paula, Javier, & Lynn are always available to assist on getting us information we need right away and their maintenance staff are fast to respond to our requests. Alberto is very knowledgeable his team Chris and DJ are also very helpful. The property is well kept and maintained. Thank you!

I be been living at St Andrews for the past 7 years. I appreciate the wonderful staff that we’ve been blessed to have that gives very good customer service.  Especially Ms Paula,   She goes above and beyond.  We just had our holiday Party and it was one of the best events at St Andrews.  Thank you Javier, DJ, Chris and Lynne.

This is one of the BEST apartment complex in ALL of South Florida. My mom moved me here with her over the summer and we couldn't have chose a better place to start our new lives. Paula has excellent customer service skills. She is always willing to assist her clients and she is very resourceful . She always ready to assist and     It’s nice to walk into the leasing office and see her greeting you with a smile.

Even before I moved to St Andrews, Paula was incredibly friendly and professional, guiding me through the entire application prcoess. I've been living here for 5 years now and she continuous to be just as friendly and professional. She always works with me and is willing to help wherever she can.
