Very frustrating when you leave work ear ...
Very frustrating when you leave work early after scheduling a tour over the phone only to show up and them not having anything to view, not even a model, apartments are available just not to show. No phone call to reschedule was extremely unprofessional, and if this is what happens during a tour good luck living there. Oh yeah and if you live on the third floor, climbing up all those stairs with groceries or kids is a joke bc there’s no elevator.

I just want to take this opportunity to commend Paula for offering exceptional services at St. Andrews. Paula demonstrates great hospitality and competence, is very informative, knowledgeable and shows great expertise in what she does. Whenever I have an issue, Paula addresses my issue in a timely manner and offers quick resolution. I am happy to be a resident at St Andrews because I’m guaranteed to get great services. I also wanted to say how amazing the Christmas party was and how appreciated I felt for being a resident. The entertainment was excellent and the food was phenomenal. The ambiance was beautiful. It was a great family event filled with surprises, gifts and fun.
