St. Andrews at Palm Aire Apartments

Most of the problems we had are regarding the “close community “ title! It’s not a closed community. The gate is never working, therefore, they always leave it open for anyone to go inside. The pool and other leisure areas are also kept unlocked. That makes you wonder who is inside the pool and other parts of the community. The garbage collection is a joke. There’s a small port for ALL the apts throw their trash. That port is ALWAYS full and you can’t throw you trash inside, unless you are willing to grab other tenants trash. They actually have a poll, for you to shove the trash inside the dumpster… needless to say, that the poll is disgusting. Our big problem with them was when we moved out. We had to move before our contract ended and agreed to pay for the days the apt would be without a renter inside.
The apt was rented quickly and we left on the last day of the month. We asked to stay 5 more days and they denied, saying that they needed time to get the unit ready for another tenant. That’s ok, but they still charged us for the 10 days the apt was getting ready. We rented the apt for 2 months! The place was impeccable and no work needed to be done. Every time someone moves out, they need to do that, it takes around 5 days. so why charges us for days that the apt was under their possession and make us pay for something that happens to every unit that moves out! The 5 days would be empty regardless if we finished our contract or not.
I emailed the property manager multiple time without a proper response explained their reasoning.
I would definitely not recommend this community, mostly for the lack of management and abusive charges towards a moving tenant.

Paula from the office is amazing and always comes through with whatever I need. She’s one of the main reasons I’ve lived here as long as I have. The maintenance team is also top-notch. This is the only property I’ve lived at where safety and property maintenance are made a noticeably top priority.

St Andrews at Palm Aire is a great place to live. As a resident there, it has been a great pleasure living and interacting with the support team there, especially Sandra at the front office. I get great and quick response to all of my maintenance requests. In fact, the gentleman that's in charge of the maintenance crew has been great and very respectful. I believe his name is Javier. Kudos to the entire team at St Andrews at Palm Aire.

Alberto is a great asset to the maintenance team. He is professional, kind,  efficient. He gets the job done !

St Andrews is one of the best places I’ve lived. I left and came right back. The community is safe and landscaping well kept. I love it here and would definitely recommend without any hesitations. The staff is friendly but my overall favorite in the leasing office is Paula. She is welcoming, funny and a breath of fresh air every time I see her. My husband and I love her and she is one of the reasons why we came back to St. Andrews.

I’ve been living here about 6 months now and I must say Paula is best! Any issues I’ve addressed to her she made sure it got done   She’s made my experience living here a really good one and any company should be blessed to have have because she is the sweetest

I moved to South Florida from North Carolina and Paula made my move easy. Paula was extremely responsive to all of my questions and needs which was a fantastic relief as I was able to concentrate on everything else with my move and didn't need to worry about the wonderful place I was moving to! Once I moved into my apartment I happily discovered that Alberto the Service Manager was also fantastic and my service requests I made when I moved in were followed up on quickly and professionally by Alberto and his staff. Kudos to Javier the Manager of St. Andrews. He has a top notch staff and he does a great job in managing the St. Andrews community!

I have really liked living here for the last almost 2 years. It is very quiet and everything is kept clean and tidy. Sandra's attention in the office is exceptional, always very attentive and friendly.
