The social worker, Sr. Raul, is a very despotic and poorly educated person. I was treated by him on two occasions with very little education. You should not occupy a position in front of the public.

Wonderful facility!

The people that work here need to be background screened and then trained to treat the residents with respect and dignity. The staff ought to wear uniforms. The elderly are treated with disdain and lack of respect and the maintenance staff act like they have a right to go unannounced into the apartments and go through personal stuff like they have the right. Something I'm sure they wouldn't accept if I did the same thing to them in their home. People need to be treated with compassion respect and dignity and not be bullied around as if they were just objects without opinions to be pushed around at their wanton convenience.

I love this building, very well maintained...

My recent experience never lived there did an application for my brother he was told he was 47 on the list just call today December the 6th 2021 that he was 67 on the list then it went down to 57 they are liars and rude and disrespectful to people if you any Caucasian besides Latino of Mexican you're good to go any other nationality cancel it hang it up you are not wanted there these people need to know according to the word of God he says love thy neighbor as thy love thyself but the first one is to love the Lord God of host with all our heart all thy with all that strength with all that soul

Anything you need to be taken care of is almost an immediately I have never had a problem with anyone the staff is amazing and very helpful I have lived here almost 15 years and never have regretted no complaints whatsoever I feel it's a privilege to live here

Clean and quiet establishment. Needs some updating and needs more attention to the small maintenance details that could make this place five stars!
