St. Tropez Apartments

I moved in July 2024. The whole process was very easy. Everyone we came into contact with was kind and helpful. We ended up having to move out early due to a move out of state and that process was just a smooth and met with kindness and understanding. We had to pay an early termination fee which they were so kind to work with us on a payment plan. We loved our apartment, of course there are always little things with neighbors which is a given when you live in an apartment but the one issue we had was dealt with. Having an attached garage was perfect for my family and a huge bonus to have in apartment living. While we lived here so many things were being remodeled and fixed. You can tell the community is very much cared about.

My family and I went to see a couple of apartments and we are amazed on how wonderful and inviting Dulce is. She was a wonderful guide and very helpful on helping us decide on which apartment is best. The community is well maintained and beautiful place. We applied for the apartment as soon as we got home. Can’t wait to start our new journey at St. Tropez Apartments.

Love this place! Jay and everyone in the office is always so helpful. The pool is like paradise.

We went to see a 2/2 unit for rent and the lady I think her name is Dulce ( her name don’t go with her attitude and poor customer service. First she told us that she couldn't show us the apartment because the owners were visiting and had the golf cart. Then out of nowhere a golf cart and keys to the apartment appeared. At the the end we left without seeing the apartment. She was very rude and unprofessional . we discard it without seeing it

Been living here for 1 year no complaints. The unit is super homey and the association has been making lots of exterior improvements. The office staff is super nice and helpful. The maintenance crew is very nice and approachable specially Luis he is always helpful and goes above and beyond.

Amazing experience with Dulce, she helped us out a lot with the research and the tour, big 5 stars on our end, it’s been a pleasure working with her throughout the days, we are very pleased and if anyone looking for a place to live this is the right place to be in! :)

I went to check out a unit in this lovely apartment complex and had the pleasure of working with Dulce Rodriguez. Not only was she patient with us, but she let us tour the property as many times as we pleased. I loved my experience here!

Dulce was fantastic! She provided an excellent tour of the beautiful community. She is very personable. We hope to soon make this community our home.

Worst apartment complex ever!!! No parking at all for guest also all the tenants are parking in guest spots leaving there driveway empty so you have to park blocks away if you have more than one vehicle also service request take months to complete or the work is sub par I don’t recommend living here
