Worse experience ever with the visitor parking. They always tell you, you need a visitor parking pass and when I come to park there is no parking available and none of the cars parked have a visitor parking. Really rude the lady in front desk. They let people that are not from or are not visiting park there. Do not recommend at all

They always have a dam issue with the guest parking they have limited spaces for guest parking and so you require to go get a guest pass at the front desk which I always do but what happens is that I always get a guess pass for no reason because they are people who constantly use the parking space there and do not get a guess parking pass and take up ALL the space that is there and they don’t ever give warning or tow those people it’s ridiculous

Fast and amazing maintenance service

Today I received my apartment, although I have not yet completely moved in, I want to thank and recommend Manager Rafael and the entire team who are very attentive and from the moment you feel part of the place. They helped me a lot with all my questions and the entire application process was very fast. Everything is super clean, I have arrived at various times and it is always very quiet. I will make an update after living here for a while but today my opinion and rating is 5+ stars. You can see that they are people who work with love and incredible human beings above all.

Well built and maintained. Close to everything, nice views and clean. Maintenance is super responsive friendly and quick. Front desk is always friendly and helpful.
