Been staying in the same building for years, most affordable around the area. The new manager Alex is really friendly and helpful.

Worst apartment ever!! Im so unhappy with their service. All they do is to collect your money and giving you fees to pay. We move out from their apartment and stayed there for only 3 months. The unit is well maintained and we left it spot less thinking that we would get the security deposit but were not. They are telling us painting needs a repair, really only for 3 months.
Better not to take care their unit because for sure they will not pay back your security deposit.

Beautiful building and amenities, excellent property management, Alex was very professional with me, he explained to me everything and give me great solution, thank you for be part of this company.

Called for information about leasing and received absolutely no help at all. Spoke to Lorenzo who has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for the property manager and he told me to call tomorrow and then hung up.

Great Management, attention, office is always open to attend inquiries.  Great location and place.

The customer service team is conspicuous by its absence. No matter what time you call, they will always decline your call.

Updating my review: This apartment complex is infested with fleas in the outside area upon entering the building and then in the elevator when you’re going to your apartment.
Everyone’s rent was increased and yet they fail to do the necessary upkeep like pest control.
As someone who doesn’t own pets, why do I have to be bitten by pests?
I had already emailed and left a physical copy of my concerns to management. No response.
Yet here I am with a pet less apartment that now has fleas. It doesn’t make sense.
