It is disrespectful for someone to call to ask for information and not answer the phone but rather they close the call.

Just called before I could even say "hello" the lady who picked up said "We don't have apartments." and hung up.

I lived here for four years. Had no issues with the management. The rent was decent compared to other places. They would come immediately whenever I have an issue in my apartment. The staff was kind and helpful too.

I publicly denounce,, This administration of these apartments are the most delinquent that I know, when leaving the apartments they did not return the deposit because according to the Bill for the water it came out exactly the same amount of the deposit when normally the Bill was $50 and the The last month I was there it was $1500, they didn't give us any explanation, they didn't answer the phone again, what an outrage, and exactly the last month, a recommendation from me that they don't live there, when they leave, they are going to be robbed, another person told me that the same thing happened to them. Do not rent in that place, they are very criminals, be careful.

Very nice housing complex, clean and with a well-kept pool with umbrellas, seats and tables. A good place to rent apartments

The only good thing about this place is the location, the units are very old and in poor condition, and the administration and maintenance staff are not friendly at all. I don't recommend this place..
