Horrible service by Natasha or Nadia who I spoke to about a incident that happened on their property. Who blamed me for damage of my own vehicle when their property payment is left and crack. This damage cause my bumper to be pulled and almost ripped off. She doesn't make the decision but claim that the office won't do anything and when I request to speak to her Manager she wants to claim she didn't say the wouldn't do anything. I am still waiting on a call back from the manager Juan for this issue ASAP. This wasn't the first time if she with their parking lot and payment damages. Be very careful. I am also 7 months pregnant and being treated like this and my vehicle could not drive since the bumper cannot be put back into place.  I will not risk any danger but I am getting police involved! New update! I arrived with Miami Dade police and saw my vehicle tamper with. The bumper pushed in and I report to Sherri from security and took photo and she claimed she doesn't know anything. I called and left Mauro a voicemail.
7/4/24 update! Never heard back from Management. Very horrible service, the bumper  was damaged and had to take it to a body shop to get repair which cost $300. Will contact management again. This is really unprofessional.while the car was pushed in from someone who was known about the issue i did the police report and the car bumper did not stay fitted, after a few days the bumper fell down more.

It will be quiet and safe but it is very old, everything needs to be renovated...
