My experience at the apartment started out great, until I started to have issues with things in my unit that needed to be fixed by maintenance and start speaking up about things that concern me. Once I started to speak up and make claims about damages or issues within the apartment and issues with the maintenance staff, my vehicle was towed for backing in the day after everything was resolved. I have been backing my vehicle in here at this community since I moved here every night when I get off work and never have they told my vehicle ever until I started to make claims this community will retaliate on you and enforce the rules when you complain about things. Once I shine the light on the retaliation, they made a mass email memo to all tenants that the rules are now being enforced 24/7 to make things look fair. Overall, my experience living here has been horrible and I will not be renewing my lease. It's giving Lakeview Terrace Movie vibes. I have about 3 1/2 months left here. I will not be renewing this 12 month lease. Regardless of this all, I can assure you the ladies Daniella, Brittany, and Andrea are great and very polite whenever I go in the office and respond to concerns very promptly. I just would not recommend moving here because it’s too many rules too many fees for tenants, but the rules I’m not Being enforced consistently on routine basis, it seems they’re only being enforced when tenants complain, dispute things, or make a work order, with certain individuals or when it’s convenient the staff or when they need to make some extra money. Just a warning in this community, you will be paying for water, bill, sewer bill, trash bill, valet trash, administration fee, Pest control fee, Renters insurance, And a couple of other fees that are mandatory included inside of your rent. As a result, my experience, the valet trash people do not come when they are supposed to your trash will be sitting outside of your house smelling for days, And please monitor your water usage and make sure you have no leaks because if you have a leak, you will be paying an excessive amount of water bill. I had to be credited almost $700 for paying water bill that I didn’t accumulate because I had a leak for months. I don’t think they were too happy about providing me that credit either because they towed my vehicle Right after they issued the credit, I feel the community management can be low key petty But definitely will smile in your face and be pleasant and polite, and respond to all your needs promptly. All the fees are mandatory all the services here are mandatory you cannot opt out Of any fees that’s included in your rent. And you cannot make any partial payment like if you wanted to pay half early and the other half on the due date, you can’t do that you have to pay everything at once and you have three days they will evict you fast. I’ve seen them evict people here very fast. Also, the pool has not been opened since I’ve been living here. I moved in here, June 2024 and they have an excuse saying the pool area needs a permit or something like that. That pool has been closed for over three years so don’t expect to use the amenities that’s here. You’re basically paying for nothing to be honest everyone should be paying a discounted rate seeing that Certain amenities are not accessible. The community itself is very quiet, but the speed bumps and the roads are terrible. They’re very hard and they have a lot of potholes. Be careful driving over here. You will ruin your vehicle and make sure you do not double part or back in and make sure you register all your guest. Especially if you’re wanting to complain about things that are not right or speak up, they will watch you like a hawk and as soon as you slip They will take action against you. They have a bunch of people that live in the community that are working for them low-key and watch you and Report everything Even if you have to back in momentarily to put in groceries, don’t do it. People are watching you and waiting for you to mess up.
