Sunbrite Apartments

My mother lived here back in 2008 , they gave everyone a notice to evict , they abandoned all the tenants, it became a sqatters den for thugs and gangs !! They changed companies and raised the price !!! And kicked out all the original tenants that made them who they was!!! If I was you , look elsewhere for an affordable, safe place to reside!!! This place ain't even up to code!!

I have been living here for almost 2 years now. The property management always helped me with any issue I had: Very responsive and attentive. Especially Kayla who assisted me very kindly and was able to change contract details in a matter of minutes. Very highly appreciated. Thank you again and keep up with the good work.

Slumlords who evict terminally ill tenants, with cash in hand, after a 2 month hospital stay. Evil company. The floor tiles broken all over, flipping up and causing trip and fall injuries. Mold everywhere. Leaking windows that don't open. No mailbox - they threw out everyone's mail then posted a sign saying we need to purchase a PO box. Door locks always broken. Codes don't work for gates. Laundry facilities are usually broken and require an app that rarely works. Absolutely filthy upon move-in. Management is rude pushy. Avoid at all costs.

Rick is more than the maintenance guy! He exceeds expectations and shows true professionalism. Sunbrite is fortunate to have him on the team.

Rick the maintenance man is doing a great job. Always asking if everything is going well.Also did a great job repainting part of my kitchen wall.

Waldo is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to assure a smooth move in along with having everything you need. His communication is great and he assures the property is beautiful. He is the epitome of hospitality and a great asset to Sunbrite!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! This place is filthy. When i moved in, every inch of that apartment had to be cleaned upon arrival. There were problems with bugs and roaches. The circulation of air in the apartment was terrible and because of it, if you did not kee your air conditioning unit on at all times, your entire apartment would start to mold. I came back from being out of town for a week and when i first walked into my apartment from being back, the apartment smelled like mold, there was mold forming on my shoes and hats that i ended up having to throw out. Furthermore, the key system is a nightmare. You need to swipe a card to get into your apartment everytime. There is no physical key that they give you and the cards always malfunction with the card reader at the door. When this happens, you have to walk all the way over to the leasing office to get new apartment card keys. Not to mention the leasing office is about a 20-30 minute walk from the apartment complex itself so if you left your car keys inside your apartment and cant get in, then you’re making that long walk over to the leasing office. I could go on and on about the problems and overall filth of this apartment complex. Just please dont live here, you will regret it. The only good thing about this is the location and the fact that washington ave and the beach are only blocks away. But at that point, is it really worth it??
