Lived here for a year. They need 24 hour security. To make sure people use dumpster. And cameras Someone burnt the playground down. Fix the pool and the gates. And the police should patrol in here on the regular. It's Sad when prices go over 2k a month and the quality of living goes down. They are trying but someones being greedy and not spending the necessary money needed to make this place a better place.

Do not move here and do not believe their lies. They sell you with all the amenities , and I've been here a year and a half , and have yet to see that gate lock once! They keep giving me excuse after excuse as to why the gate is not working....now they're under new management and nothing has changed. CORETTA, the jamaican lady, is very rude and does nothing and serves no purpose!
ESTER had her days but she definitely helped out and was respectful....and they fired her. Bad move!! They fired the wrong one. Smh
The new Spanish girl is so nice! Very sweet girl and I hope they keep her.
GARBAGE!!! They have ONE dumpster for the whole complex and it is disgusting every day!! If you come to view an apartment..drive around and take a look for yourself

Do not live here. My husband and I needed somewhere to stay after finding out about my pregnancy. Through our entire lease, we have paid for amenities that are non existent, such as security (there is shooting every month in the neighborhood), gates (has never worked and no attempts to fix either), and Pool is ALWAYS closed. The following year, we had no choice but to renew our lease and they up the rent with NO CHANGES/FIXES. We recently had a pipe burst inside our apartment and flooded our space with 2 inches of water...our tiles shifted and the floors started to sink. We patiently waited to let them know the moment it happened in 2023! the order request would be canceled or marked as completed without NOTHING being done. No my 9 month old is crawling on shifted tiles. After waiting months they finally contacted us but made us move everything into our bedroom to fix the tiles only to wait several days with no one ever coming in to fix anything. I regret living here.

Hello my name mickael I been staying in sunny lake since December 22,2023 when I open the door to my unit it was never ready no refrigerator no washer no dryer and this was included in my lease I received my refrigerator the middle of January still no washer or dryer besides the old broken out dated model that's in the back I guess from old tenants my air conditioner does not work  ITS HOT ITS  dirty covered up in dust and everything else mold and mildew...... I have 9month baby and 5year old that' can get sick!  ITSThe infestation of the roaches my shower or tub doesn't work or come on at all I done call the office sent text and put in work orders and nothing but asking for a rent payment! And the office staff is clueless and rude ! It's only one person in there that's not rude and actually listen I'm guessing the assistant manager anyone else is rude and clueless this is just unfair and it's not worth finding something else to move me and my lil ones out

My Name is Kate I live in Sunny Lake Apartments  I am reaching out because I am being told conflicting information and no one in the office seems to know what they are doing. I moved on December 15th, 2023, and I was told I was going to receive a refrigerator that following Monday. I did not receive it until January 3rd, 2024. I was told by ESTER to not pay the remaining balance because I was going to receive a credit for that time. I did not receive anything but late fees. On Wednesday 01/17/2024 I received a red notice on my door stating I have to pay everything today with the late fees. Every person in the office has told me something different. And Now Sarah from the office advised me that I have to just pay because the owner doesn't care. That is ridiculous. I need someone to contact me soon regarding this matter.

I’m pretty sure everyone experience is different mines was a slap in the face literally I did the application paid the 300 dollars to hold the apartment which I was a little nervous about because I’m trying to move in somewhere by Christmas so my daughter could at less have one not trying to lose money in the process but I was reassured no matter what if a background come back you would either pay 800 or 2000 so I took the chance they ran both me and my husband background now we waited we called and they said to bring proof of income which we did everything was accepted i even talked to the manager who told me that I had to pay another 85.00 for my husband background nevertheless I got the money order to them so we get approved twice the last time when I called I was told by Kiki that my application was approved and that she was sending me over the welcome letter that day I was so grateful I also explained to her that she called at the right time because I had just gotten a U-Haul and a storage and she said my move in date was on the 22nd and that she sure I would be in before Christmas but I asked her if it could be sooner she then told me let her go and check on the apartment and she will get back to me by the end of the day if not so by the morning I called the next day she’s off and someone else told me they would handle it because I informed them that I was waiting for her to send over the welcome letter the person then said she was supposed to send it yesterday and that she was getting on it for me but later in the day called me and said I was denied   😡I was like how is that even possible I don’t have any evictions so I lose 500 for Christmas and also no place to stay I was so disappointed as well as my daughter because she wanted to live there so bad and she was there when I was told we was approved so now we in a hotel looking all over again that was not fair we was pretty much lied to so they could keep the money not a good feeling
