The people here don't know how to put there trash in a dumpster or trash compactor having  said that police and security should Enforce littering and charge them 500$ also the community should hire a security guard or the police to patrol the area and not let people throw garbage in the lake and everywhere else that is killing the ducks and other animals. Also alot sharp glass that has and is still hurting kids running around. What do we pay taxes for to sit back and live in a landfill?

I am very happy with the job done to fix the issue in my unit.

Place completely wasted my time, very unorganized and outdated.

Management & employees have great communication. Jarvis and Corretta have been exceptionally helpful with all questions and concerns and have made living here a breeze!

Really nice place apartment is really great, I recently move in it’s Amazing. Bianca was very helpful and professional. She and TT made it a pleasure to consider moving there. Very professional.

Let’s be honest New Management can make anyone feel a bit uncomfortable, however since the transition living in this community has been a ❤️blessing for me my wife and our kids. The staff are truly amazing and treat you like family Thank you Jarvis, Vanessa, and TT for all that you do.

I have lived here for about a year now and my experience was horrific in the beginning the old management companies was one of the worse I have ever dealt with but ever since the new management team came its been a complete 360 in my case.  Even with the new daily trash pick up and them fixing potholes and etc and faster Maintenance Request  help I am very happy with these improvements. The assistant manager Vanessa is always in constant contact with me when something is a miss and tries her best to get it resolved and help me out and I appreciate her going over and beyond for me. The manager Jarvis has been very understanding with some of the more difficult circumstances I have had in the past year and has been very accommodating  which I appreciate. Even with my hectic schedule they do their best to work with me and I appreciate them and the whole staff there which is why I decided to renew for another year.

Pro: Low Deposit to move in, quick approval. Cons: Trash is not maintained effectively, outside is mostly dirty. There is a $20 fee for Valet trash which is collected Sunday-Thursday.
When trash is not collected Resident leave their trash on the curbs.
There is only one dumpster for community.
A lot of wild-life wandering around property.
You have to pay for water, trash, sewer, pest control, admin fees.
Office doesn’t answer the phone, maintenance requests takes 2 weeks-1 month to be fulfilled.
Appliances are old, and faulty.
They give you until the 3rd of the month to pay then they charge you $150 late fee.
(Most apartments give until the 5th and charge $75 a maximum $120)
