I came to make an inquiry on the apartment and was helped to complete an application and informed of all requirements. The lady in the office was amazing and super helpful

This place is a trash , my people been out of stove for over 5 days straight and they have done nothing.

Krystal and ashley are great.

This process was very smooth, quick and easy. Krystal was very responsive and made sure I submitted whatever I needed necessary to get approved. I look forward to my new life here.

How Do I Get In Contact With The Leasing Office?

The worst apartment ever. There is NEVER NO ONE at the leasing office, literally you will be lucky if you catch someone at the leasing office. The phone numbers to the place do not work , they do not communicate AT ALL. Do not apply and waste your money .

Since the new owners, the place has gone down hill. They let anyone move in. It’s been several murders.Yet they have done NOTHING to make this place secure . We do not feel safe here. The grounds are dirty, trash EVERYWHERE! Stairwells are filthy and smell like piss. Washers and dryers break every week and trash are piled up in laundry rooms. They do not enforce any policy about the trash. Elevator barely works and old. The pool and gym are always CLOSED! Yet they go up on rent every year! Charging for amenities we do not have access to.  Don’t get me started with the dog poop everywhere and the ROACHES! They are everywhere! In the hallways, laundry rooms , I’m sure they are in every apartment. The Apartments are SMALL and cheap, no real renovations. They put in old BLACK appliances and fake hardwood stickers on the floor then rent it as upgraded, they want $1600 for a 1 bedroom. It’s mold in the walls..my bathroom ceiling almost fell in twice due to a leak upstairs! Smh! The parking is TERRIBLE ! ppl will block you in YOUR OWN spot and you can’t move. I’ve had to miss work a few times because of that issue! Sometimes they will park in your spot where you can’t park but when you park in THEIR alley, they try to have you towed. There isn’t nearly enough guest parking. Yet they don’t find a way to fix it! It’s hard to contact the office. They do not respond to calls and texts but they on you for rent. All in all , this place is 0/10. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is a REAL honest review.
