Sunrise Lakes Phase 1

I would like to share my experience with Ramiro Consentino. I call often to ask for help, example, recently we had all hallway lights out. He handled it very promptly in a professional manner. The light are on, and shine all night. ! We have confidence to go to him with our concerns, he pay attention and takes action to forward any problems that need attention from his superiors. Great response from Ramiro to take care of an issue with setting up payments.  Was very professional in explaining the reason for needing to change and took it upon himself to walk the paper work through the new system.  Really appreciate the excellent service.
