I'm very disappointed about the decision ...
I'm very disappointed about the decision to tow away my car, after one of the staff told me to keep moving the car from one parking space to another one and as soon as I walk out of the office they called the towing service and tow my car

I have read your all your comments I left Sunset which I thought was on good terms but I fortunately they assumed I abandoned my apartment a month early now fast forward 7 years later and now it’s been hell trying to look for an apartment due to a “break” in my lease why I still have documents stating I left on time…

We apologize that you were unhappy with your move-out charges. Per Florida statutes we sent you a settlement statement to either your forwarding address or the last address on record. This statement would have allowed you adequate time to respond if you had a rebuttal to any charges at move out. If you have any questions about your move out statement, you can forward this to the management office and they can get you in touch with the collections department to see what your options are. These people in the office are very rude and thieves my mom left a deposit of $400 and they kept it & made up a story and did not want to give it back be careful with this place

Worse place to live!! Maintenance don’t fix nothing. Mold is in the bathrooms and rooms. My daughter got sick because of the mold, the property manager don’t give a damn. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here.
