Sunset Bay Apartments

I lived here for 7yrs not once did I have any issues.Apartment complex are always nice and clean and inside the apartments are up to date I love it here not ready to move until I buy a house!! The staff in the office always treat you so nice and always greeting you ready to help with anything you need very friendly community.summer breaks and holidays they always having fun activities for the tenants and for the children very safe here just peace and quiet I love coming home here thank you sunset bay for all the warm welcomes.

do not move here, and if you do please make sure to finish your lease. this community is the absolute worse. and extreme liar's I lived here from 2018-2022 in may of 2022 I purchased a home and had to break my lease. when I went to the office to let them know I purchased a home they congratulated me and said I would receive my security deposit to my new home as well as a check with 5% of the monthly rent I paid there for the past 3 years. well they lied I never received my security deposit back despite my apartment being freshly renovated and when it was supposedly remodeled we had to constantly call maintenance because of bathroom ceiling kept leaking causing us to not even be able to shower there for maybe 1 month. or when we had our washer broken during covid time and they refused to come into our apartment to fix it for almost 6 months but they still charged us the laundry fee . I had a small kid during those times. they never even gave me the supposed check they give you if you live with them for over 3 years and purchase a home. instead I received a call today from a collection agency stating they are attempting to collect a termination fee debt that I never paid. they never sent me a bill for a termination fee and now after almost 3 years of living in my home they decide to send me to collection. what a rip off and joke from this community. I swear if I could give them 0 stars I would

Living in this condominium has been an incredible. The security is excellent; we always feel safe thanks to the attentive staff and the well-implemented safety measures. The common areas are spotless and very well-maintained, perfect for family time or relaxation. Additionally, the location is super convenient, with everything we need just minutes away. The community is friendly and respectful, creating a warm and pleasant environment to live in. Without a doubt, a place I highly recommend for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

I lived at sunset bay apartments for 13 years. It was an extremely pleasurable experience for me and my family. The office staff Andrea, Barbie, Claudia are the best. It was truly hard moving out after 13 years. But when my lord and savior Jesus Christ blessed me with a new home you gotta move on it and I did. I will miss my neighbors as well as the community as a whole. May my lord and savior Jesus Christ continue to bless Sunset Bay Apartments for many years to come. John Harris

Great makeover! Fresh clean homes 1 yr -update. All of my concerns have always been taken care of and addressed, we have an amazing maintenance team, an amazing administrative team, and together they make sure all needs are met. The physical location is always clean near a lake and very peaceful if you face the east side, you get a beautiful sunrise. Even though I’m not in love with the Internet company, I don’t feel that that affects my five star rating on this place.

Amazing job done by Claudia in the main office. always a great experience when coming into the office. Amazing maintenance staff as well.

I really don't have any complaints. Only good things to say. The place is very quiet and you live with a lot of peace. If you have a problem they will help you right away. The staff at both the office and maintenance are very friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you very much for everything and congratulations
