Le Club At Saga Bay

I was a resident here for 3+ years, such a wonderful and quiet place to live. The new management has completely renovated everything and made the neighborhood look so nice!!

BEWARE if you are a visitor. This is my second time in a row (last weekend & this weekend) my car has been towed & it was registered to be parked there. The apartment complex, which I found out today, are towing cars BEFORE the expiration time. My car was allowed to be parked there from Fri 11pm to Sat 7am the following morning. I found out from the towing company that it was towed at 6:30am!!! 30mins sooner than my allowed time to be there. You will not be notified that it is being towed so be prepared to walk out and find your car missing. No point of calling le club management office on the weekend becasue they are closed. This is super unprofessional and mistreating to those who are there to visit freinds and family.

Was about to place an offer on an apartment for sale but thanks ro the honest reviews and seeing for myself the lack of security and lack of amenities, if prefer to take my money elsewhere. No one wants to buy a place that doesn't feel safe, nor even be able to BBQ or use the pool.  Keep looking as I did

I have lived here for 7 years now. I used to love calling this place home. now I no longer want to do so. The units are lovely and since they have painted the buildings it does look better than it did when I moved in here. But the association is just horrific. The removed out 24hour security for some remote kiosk thing at the gate which doesn't function properly and makes it awful for visitors to enter but makes it a breeze for unwanted people such as burglars to enter. The sense of security is no longer there for a lot of us here at Le Club. Aside from that the hallways near get cleaned as they are supposed to based on the outdated schedule they post on the bulletins, the parking it horrible as we are no longer allowed to park in reverse, we have to check in our own guests and the don't know they cannot park backwards due to lack of signage, and our guest have a time limit of about less than 3 days to be on the premisses. The moment 7am passes after the 3rd night their vehicle is no longer allowed until the next week. I mean, is this prison or a place to call home? having removed security they added a "security" company which isn't here all they time and they come as they please. They are really supposed to act as parking enforcement, as if this were South Miami haha, but they still lack doing so as they don't know how rot enforce rules. which if we have the rules and we need to abide by them thats great but its a hit or miss, or a risk rather, if you don't follow those rules cause if not they are there faster than super man with their ugly green or blue void stickers or a tow truck to remove your car from Le Club. But here is the big kicker, since the new property management began last year, we have never really seen the proeperty manager assigned to us. instead we have his assistant who is very nice but there is only so much she can do. When asked to speak to him, turns out he's always busy and can never be reached for very important and pressing situations that the assistant is not authorized to take care of. oh and to top it all off there has not been a board meeting in quite some time. at least I am not receiving notice of on by email or it being posted in their useless bulletin boards. I have asked other owners and tenants here but they too express their disappointment in what Le Club has turned into. we get that things have to change, but things should change for the better, not for the worst. we are here to fend for ourselves basically but also cannot take care of things because we are not allowed. I wish to call this place home again. This place has lovely units, wonderful neighbors for the most part and its overall a pretty place to live at.  Maybe this review will get to somebody who can help. We just want the place we reside at to be what it can be.

I had lots of terrible experiences here.  When it rains , alot of cars are stranded. I have been here for 2 years and I can't even park in my own spot . Definitely the side of 212 st is the worse for flooding and the real estate agents won't tell you. The association is just as terrible. I reported Mold and water damages 6 months ago. They sent an inspector to verify and have yet to schedule a repair date. No security and they are charging us large amounts while denying us use of the pool . The playground is a terrible one piece and the removed the barbecue public grills. I came in paying 1550 , all these investors are raising the prices over $2200 per unit.

Used to be nice. None of the board lives there. They don’t care. Took away ALL the amenities. No benches, tables. Mowed down the barbecue and no on-site security. Not even to mention the pool has been closed for 2 years now. It’s really bad. People pay maintenance and rent for things they don’t have. They really need a board who cares and the old management company back. Most owners don’t live there and just want the rent money. They have no idea how bad it is. Tenants aren’t allowed to sit down outside, barbecue, watch their kids at the dirty playground (no place to sit) or have a pool. It’s no way to live. Find a nice place if you can. NOT Le Club.

This apartment was ONCE very nice. We had the most amazing barbecue area and Open pool. They  closed everything down once covid started and now still two years later they havent opened the pool, they removed the picnic tables and barbeque area, management is almost never there with very short office hours that vary during the week. This place would be great again if they would just put back our oicnic and bbq area and OPEN THE POOL! Our kids stay at home bored because there are no open amenities in here. The kids park is small and in my opinion should be updated but I really just want the pool open😩
