Sunset Beach Condominiums

At first glance, place looks tidy and well kept. But as you start to look, you see the place is gross. Very gross. Its also WAY SMALLER than the photos make it appear We arrived late in the evening and within an hour we were packing up and leaving because the place had Cockroaches...so at midnight we were having to look for a new place to spend our Christmas vacation.
It doesnt appear like vrbo is giving me the option to post photos. The bathroom was gross with mold and filthy tiles. Windows had mold. Sofa so dirty you DONT want to sit and CERTAINLY DON'T WANT TO USE AS A PULL OUT BED; but they didn't provide bed linens for it anyway so we wouldn't have had a place for our daughter to sleep.
The kitchen is super small and not adequate for cooking for a family. The refrigerator isnt a fridge but more like a "cooler".
The hallway is disgusting. Filthy carpet. Smells.
Romie and i initially agreed on a refund but i ended up having to fight for it and they still kept $400 over what they agreed to return to me.
I now remember why i stopped using vacation rentals and returned to hotels.

very bad place, no responsibility, never book this place, they sell but the places are full, no matter where you come from far away, you stay on the street, never stay here
