I don’t even give this place a one star. I would not recommend you buy or rent these condos. The people that are managing these properties have no integrity and they will utilize the condo laws to their advantage and they will violate your rights and cause you to be displaced and in financial ruin. I highly recommend you look elsewhere in my opinion.

Don't rent here, the association stole from its real owners, before this was a community of owners, and with deception they stole the apartments from the real owners, jail awaits them

I had to sale. This place is like a very corrupt dictatorship ran by a family of scum bags. The place obviously is falling apart. Bad investment.

I do not recommend these Apartments. After my second year living here the roof collapsed in the middle of the room. Then 13 months late the roof collapsed a 2nd & 3rd time . Landlords refused to make repairs and left me living with black mold and mildew. My children continue to have allergy issues .Mice and rat infested you can hear them in the roof at night and early morning when everything is quite. Long story short I’m now homeless because instead of  helping me fix the issues they kicked me and my kids out on the street. Landlords & association are not responsive and do not care for the safety of the tenants.

I do not recommend these condos. They do not respond to tenants inquiries. They have mold and allow tenants to have high grass which causes rats. It’s a NO no matter how cheap they are you will not be satisfied

Sunset Palm Villas is set in a beautiful, park-like setting consisting of two story garden style condos. It’s conveniently located with nice and friendly residents in a safe neighborhood setting with families and processionals alike. I find the new management to be professional, responsive and respectful to residents. The actual buildings are going through numerous upgrades and improvements including new impact windows and doors. The property is clean and well maintained.
