Ten Thousand Plaza Condominium

This used to be a great place to live, and its painfully incompetent management has turned it into a freakishly totalitarian money-draining waste of valuable land. You can’t even get your mail without it being “verified” by the building president. Who does that? Where have you ever seen that done? I lived in New York City for 6 years and I’ve never seen any building manager attempt that kind of power trip. Truly bizarre. Plus every single appliance breaks, the plumbing is awful, and they pour money into the most superfluous useless projects while putting immense burdens on their tenants. Do not buy or rent here!

A hidden gem in Brickell, amazing homemade food, one of the best brazilian places on Miami!! Great service, a lot of love put in the food. we need more places like this, recommend it for people who doesn’t want to spend so much, but still have a delicious and beautiful meal!
