Terrace Condo

The managers here painted over almost all the visitor parking and he's renting them out and keeping the money. I have to walk all the way downstairs to open the gate every single time I have guests, the new manager changed it so residents won't open the gate from the balcony.. The pool is almost always closed and the elevator breaks almost every month and it takes days for them to fix it.
