went for a viewing and immediately was disgusted at the upkeep on this place, nothing short of a homeless shelter. Black mold on the walls and just this very on favorable appearance all together. immediately walked away especially with the stench of urine by the premises and homeless in the area. not worth a penny didnt bother speaking with anyone

I’ve been leasing at Venetian building since 2021, and never had seem like this chaos and lack of maintenance before. All the laundry machines are broken and nobody in the administration cares. Main commom areas need attention urgently. The parking garage is messy and the spaces bad designed. The rent is expensive and the owner is a lease contract breaker. I will not recommend this property anymore if someone asks me.

Horrible customer service from the manager if there is one,never returned my calls, maintenance request works pretty good,there is a home less person leaving in the garage for the last months,he urinates on  site,eats and leaves the garbage there,every time I go to my car I feel like throwing up due to the horrible smell, manager don't care.

Just don't.

Never get a call back from Managment. Your assigned parking is always taken. Have to park in the street. cadillac SRX has been vandalized twice. Calls iat 2 in rhe morning from tenrnants that lose keys and just call everyone on the dial. Break ins constantly. Horrible!

Real great place if you enjoy having your car and storage locker burglarized.
