The Apex

i lived here 5 years ago and when i came back to town i found Apex had a new management. they have done wonders with this building... i really couldn't've been happier to come back to town to the same place, now better than ever.

I lived here for a year and had a really great experience. The management, especially Emily, was highly responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. All maintenance issues were addressed promptly. The grounds are well-maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Community laundry room is well-kept. My unit had some really nice renovations. All around great experience.

Hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale with great spacious 1/1 options. Would highly recommend taking a tour with the property manager. Will definitely be sending people to this building!

Such a cute place to start our life in Florida! A quiet community with a pool that I put to good use 😊

We moved down from PA a year ago and the Apex was a great place to start our Florida journey.  The staff was always friendly and responsive.  A lot of effort was put into keeping the public spaces nice and clean.  We really loved spending time by the pool or on the comfortably furnished sundecks.  Plenty of things to do in walking distance or within a short drive.

Such a great place to rent a 1 bedroom from! Emily was very helpful in finding us the perfect unit. Great pool, laundry facility & gym on site.

Been with the association for 3 years and it’s been truly amazing! Emily has been the best to work with. Shes quick to respond and always helpful and is overall genuine. It’s all super professional but consider yourself lucky to work with Emily

Condo bought new washers and dryers along with getting service for them and NEVER paid the company OVER 4K! -  I called to get service and was told this by the company. Can't believe they rip people off like this. Horrible people
