I came for a vacation I spent a month there I really liked this place Good bed nice storage space The well-maintained swimming pool. Next to the beaches Emilie is very helpful and responds to our needs very quickly The only reason I give 4 stars is for the maintenance of the building and a lack of kitchen utensils I will come back

I was becoming an empty nester, and was looking to downsize. I found this complex and just loved how cozy it felt when touring. The complex and grounds are very well kept. The apartments are spacious with very nice upgrades. I have lived here for almost a year now, and renewed for another year. Everyone on the management team is wonderful. They respond quickly to emails and repairs. I feel so fortunate to have found Apex residences.

Hands down the best maintenance team.  Replaced and professionally installed brand new door and cleaned up really good.  That's really hard to find.  Good managment and staff!!

I have been living at Apex for almost a year and I can only say great things. It’s relatively quiet, anytime I go to the pool there’s no one or not many people at all. The management and staff was attentive, friendly and kept the  grounds well maintained. Whenever I need anything, Emily is always there to help. She has helped with picking up my meal prep and placing in the fridge for me when I wasn’t home, any maintenance problem I have had she has addressed promptly and found me a solution. Emily has been accommodating and has made my living experience here great. Thank you to her and the whole team at Apex.

I lived here three years, the owners always fixed things in a timely matter, are very good about monthly pest spraying for the whole building which we never saw bugs. Also would respond to any messaging within 24 hours

very bad attention from its owners

i lived here 5 years ago and when i came back to town i found Apex had a new management. they have done wonders with this building... i really couldn't've been happier to come back to town to the same place, now better than ever.

I lived here for a year and had a really great experience. The management, especially Emily, was highly responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. All maintenance issues were addressed promptly. The grounds are well-maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Community laundry room is well-kept. My unit had some really nice renovations. All around great experience.

Hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale with great spacious 1/1 options. Would highly recommend taking a tour with the property manager. Will definitely be sending people to this building!
