Looked at a place there recently with my lady friend. The staff was welcoming, warm, and had answers to questions we had, and some we hadn't even thought of yet. To boot, they even recommended a great Chinese restaurant where we later went for dinner, Lotus. Outstanding. And the rooms are very airy and bright with nicely installed ceiling fans.

Very nice team and they were very happy to help in this crazy SoFla real estate market. We decided to postpone our move but it had nothing to do with Riva. When we are ready we will call them. Highly recommend.

We were visiting today with a group of people. The valet guy brought everyone’s car to them when they turned in their ticket, but for some reason when I turned in my ticket, he just gave me my car key back and had me walk to my car and drive it myself. I’m really not sure why he did that and he barely said a word to me. Beyond inappropriate.
