The Boutique Apartments

The worst experience I have had in renting an apartment here in Miami, the previous owners were bad but the current ones are worse, the common areas have been completely abandoned, they increase the prices and you now pay for the services, you ask them to fix something in the unit and they don't fix it or they just drag their feet on the matter

Like other reviews have said, this new ownership group was grossly unprepared for the responsibilities of running an apartment complex. Gorgeous apartments, but a lot of issues such as the pool, plumbing, and insects to name a few either didn’t exist, or were taken care of right away with the last group before it was sold around December 2022. Yet they still had the nerve to increase rent by over $400 dollars excluding utilities! What a shame, I really liked this place too. Hopefully the old ownership group will buy this  property back one day.

Are you buying or reserving it? Be careful. Beautiful outside and a lot of problems inside...@IMC Management Group doesn't give any importance to our complaints, they are very unprofessional company, good luck getting them to respond to a call, email or message. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
They won't fix any issues you might have, clogged bathroom, dirty pool, problem with the AC, no lights outside and much more.
PLEASE THINK BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH THESE LIARS.
