I can't believe I lived there! I feel robbed! The Board hasn't been able to resolve a significant matter for me. The move-in fee that I paid is due to me for moving out. I followed the required administrative steps, but this Board has not followed up. This matter has dragged on for months even after my diligent follow-up communications.

Unbeatable Bay view, friendly neighbors ...
Unbeatable Bay view, friendly neighbors & staff. Building required constant work while I was there and they are building a hi--rise across the street, so noise level was through the roof most weekdays. Other than that, a very nice place to live.
