I am so glad my association finally fired this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

This management company, for no apparent reason thinks their service to our community can decrease to almost nothing being done, to getting a 33% increase of $36,000. When you have our own board members involved with the management company improprieties seem to be happening at our property. The list of pending projects to be completed here on our property are too numerous to list but believe me nothing is getting done on our property except the management company getting rich. Very strange how we finally received the budget information three days before the annual meeting not giving anyone a chance to express their feelings about what's going on with the budget. They used to have in person meetings now they do it by Zoom to avoid questions and contact from owners here on the property. I would also like to know why no notifications for electing board members or proxies were sent out this year. I thought that was something the law requires. 2/1/2024, here we are a year later and nothing being done. Still no office manager on property still no parking being enforced still no irrigation system do I need to go on and on?

C.R.E.A.M's  goal is to create more C.R.E.A.M. For those of you who might not be aware of what the acronym for C.R.E.A.M. is: (C)ash (R)ules (E)verything (A)round (M)e, inspired from a rap song.  That's their mantra and how they chose to operate. To whom it may concern: the owner(s) and/or operators of this management company I have a little message for you. Inspired by a member of that same rap group that also inspired that acronym. "I came to bring the pain".
Let the record show that I'm placing that 1 start under protest. The rating system obligates anyone wanting to leave post to at least choose 1 star in order to place any post. Otherwise, I'd rate them as 5 oil cans. They're just a group of greasy, slimy, brown nosers who coddle those customers and vendors who wield power and marginalize those who are not a threat to their autonomy.  Anyone who rates them with 5 stars must either: be 1) in the honeymoon stage (unfortunately you'll learn in due time what you're dealing with )  2) an employee pretending to be a happy customer and/or resident or 3) a resident that is in bed with them. The only thing they're good at managing is, managing to be a bad management company.

If I could leave less than one star, I would.  We've been owners in a condominium since 01/2020.  We've had water leaks coming from OUTSIDE the building since 11/2020 that STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED.  We've had two additional leaks in our unit with water coming from areas that the HOA/CREAM is responsible for and CANNOT GET A REPLY. In three years, nobody EVER answers the phones (no matter the day of the week or time of day you call) at the office.  They never return phone calls or voicemails.  They flat out ignore all of the emails and service requests submitted through their website.
It's like they collect our management fees monthly (which we've never been late once) and then just ghost us.
Our unit it literally growing MOLD and we have SEVERE respiratory health issues that will likely cause us to abandon the unit until the repairs are made. No matter how much we beg and plead for help -- we're simply ignored at every turn.
Save yourself the trouble and simply AVOID them at all costs.
