Plantation Meadows

As of March of 2021, new building management has been unable to notify the tenants properly on any changes or modifications to the terms of the rent or any major situations that affect the tenants. They have a really good maintenance team, but a la building management methods are designed to rip your pockets. If you value your money, don’t rent here nor DelOro Apartments nor those blocks of parallel buildings. Also, they hired one of those Parking companies, so basically you will be limited to 1-2 parking spots (which are not even covered, and the parking lot floods whit heavy rain, and it is uneven, might disallign your vehicle wheels)

They were nice apartment rooms, but we had a few issues. We had appliances that didnt work, leak in the bathroom, a hot water issue and a small bug issue. I do have to say that they did rectify most of the issues in a timely manner.
