We've been living at The Crimson for eight months now, and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff (Griselle, Alejandro, Roy...) is not only highly competent but also incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is safe, clean, and well-maintained. And the view especially from the pool deck, is absolutely breathtaking

Building is good. But DO NOT RENT FROM SILVIA PAPINI. She required a double security deposit for a 8 month rental and then refused to give us our security deposit back and stopped responding to us. Beware she stole thousands from us.

I’ve been living here for the past two years and I’m extremely happy. Located in the best area of Edgewater close to the water. Staff are great, very considerate and always here for me when I need something.
