The Crown Miami Beach

I used to stay there, and it was absolutely amazing.  The Jacuzzi is my favorite part along with the gym and beach access.  The pool table was a favorite of mine too (nice touch).   The staff was very professional (all of them).   Then I went and stayed at these Academy Apartments on Miami Beach later down the line with their dry rotted doors and rude attitudes.  I just want to say thank you very much for your polite hospitality and professional way of handling things, because it is dearly missed. It just when I compare, I understand why places are rated like this.

This place is a rip off! I lived here for 3 horrible months and they stole my car cover from the "secured" parking lot and then charged me for professional cleaning services after I had my carpets cleaned professionally, even though I was there only 3 Months! They NEVER heat the pool and allow anyone to walk in from the beach. It's a hotel!!! Oh and never mind the muggings at the pool at night and the drug addicts sitting on the boardwalk all night.
