The Edge at Flagler Village

From the moment I reached out to inquire about the availability of the apartments at The Edge at Flagler Village, Virginia and Robert in the leasing office were nothing short of spectacular. Their customer service is truly top-notch. They were always available to answer my questions promptly, through call or text. I was a bit undecided on which apartment would be the best fit for me, and I must admit, I asked a lot of questions and changed my mind a few times. Despite that, Virginia and Robert remained incredibly patient and understanding with me. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensured I got a stellar apartment at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I’m so grateful for their guidance and support throughout the process.

I wanted to take a moment to give a review on a place, we call home. The Edge at Flagler Village in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FI I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience at The Edge at Flagler Village! This community truly deserves every bit of its five-star rating.
First and foremost, Robert, the general manager, demonstrates exceptional leadership. His dedication to creating a welcoming and well-managed environment is evident in every aspect of the community.
A huge thank you to Jose and the maintenance staff for their outstanding service. They are always prompt, professional, and willing to help with any issues that arise, making my living experience here even more enjoyable.
The amenities are simply remarkable! The pool area is a stunning retreat, perfect for relaxation and socializing. Plus, the world-class gym and yoga studio provide everything need for a balanced lifestyle, all without leaving the property.
Location is everything, and The Edge is ideally situated just minutes from the beach and a short walk to the Riverwalk, placing us right in the heart of vibrant downtown Fort Lauderdale. There's always something exciting to explore!
Overall, I highly recommend The Edge at Flagler Village to anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and supportive community to call home. It truly has it all!

Moved here as my first apartment after college and I absolutely love it. Cheo gave us a tour and he’s great. The pool and gym are so nice and the units are very high quality. In my opinion extremely worth it for the price

currently in the process of relocating to FL from NC . This property was the last of my property hunting tour .  The Edge at Flagr Village is a beautiful property , in a wonderful location amongst nice restaurants and stores. Cheó was so inviting since I walked in last minute for a tour . He was very knowledgeable  about the property , amenities and location . His customer service was 5 +++++ stars as he was thorough with the application process , and answered all my questions. He definitely  made me reconsider in choosing The Edge for my future home , amongst other surrounding property’s I was interested in . Thank you so much Cheó for your exceptional service!!

The Edge at Flagler Village is a beautiful modern apartment complex in a funtastic location. It’s right on US1 & has many great nearby restaurants, stores, & plazas. Cheo the Leasing Agent is awesome. He was so helpful & courteous and explained everything to me about apartment application and gave me an excellent apartment complex tour around property and showed me the super nice amenities they offer to there residents. It was five star service from Cheo. I highly recommend this place if you want to be a future tenant at this upscale property in Flagler Village.

Love this apartment its been a terrific experience so far living here, the amenities are great with an awesome pool, gym, and coffee machine. Big shoutout to Cheo for always being there to help us with anything we need and helping us get situated in our new place!
