The Edge at Flagler Village

"5/5 stars! I just moved into The Edge and I had an amazing experience. Maria from the leasing office was an absolute rockstar! She made my apartment move-in experience as smooth and as seamless as possible by being professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. All the staff members are really nice and helped me feel confident and excited about my new home - thank you! I highly recommend this building! 🏠👍

I moved into The Edge in November 2023 and have been meaning to post a review ever since. My first interaction was with Maria in Leasing. She was phenomenal at helping me through the leasing and move-in process easily and smoothly. I've never had such an easy move-in!
Since then Angela and Maria have graciously helped me with items like parking for guests and minor maintenance. The maintenance team, especially Peter and David, are amazing -- quick, friendly, and easy to work with.
Property managers Philip and Sherley have been terrific spearheading the upgrade of our walk-in closets to nice new closet systems, which I absolutely love. I was impressed with how efficiently the crews came in and completed the tear-out and installation in one day!
Beyond that, the building hosts workout classes (which I've yet to try) and social events like happy hours at nearby bars and great resident events like a meditation session and the Valentine's fondue & wine party last night.
I lived in Brickell for 5-1/2 years before moving to Fort Lauderdale, and had terrible experiences there with unprofessional and often shady property managers. Part of the reason I chose The Edge was for the professional management by Cushman & Wakefield, and it was a good choice. Multifamily living is never perfect, but this property is new-ish and pretty nice, and the Cush team does a great job keeping it that way.
In summary, highly recommended!

Officially a new resident and it wouldn’t have been possible without Maria in the leasing office. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with an easier complex and I’ve lived in Fort Lauderdale for over 5 years in 3 different communities. Maria worked with me every step of the way and even went above and beyond to make sure the maintenance team completely cleaned the place, made repairs and replaced the flooring (I didn’t even ask) before I even signed the lease and moved in. Amazing staff, beautiful property, they’re constantly upgrading the units and have cleaning crews in the hallways all the time - the list goes on.

Truth in advertising review:   The Edge at Flagler Village says they are a "Luxury Apartment Rental."  NOTE: They do NOT have self-cleaning ovens, so in my book, this does not qualify them to be a Luxury apartment rental facility AT ALL!  Self Cleaning ovens have been in existence since 1963, and I have never lived anywhere but here WITHOUT a self-cleaning oven, so never thought to check for one. We ABSOLUTELY detest the toxicity of oven cleaners WHEN WE HAVE TO CLEAN IT and when I changed apartments here, AND MOVED INTO ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR UNITS, we even personally paid an Edge Cleaning Employee $150.00 to clean our apartment to the MAX and we were charged a lot of money because their own employee (THEIR BEST CLEANING EMPLOYEE) could not get their oven looking like new AFTER 12 YEARS OF BUILD-UP stuff that does not clean like a self cleaning oven does (12 yrs is THE AGE OF THE BUILDING) FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENTS LIVING AND COOKING HERE.  REALLY, HOW FAIR IS THIS?  In the future, will always check for a self-cleaning oven when I plan on moving from here.

I recently moved into The Edge and love everything about it. I worked with Maria and she was so nice and helpful. Anytime I have a maintenance request, they take care of it within the day. It has really been a great experience so far!

Maria is absolutely amazing she also showed me all her puppies after I signed the lease! Really treated me like a best friend or family absolutely the best!

I relocated from NYC to The Edge at Flagler Village earlier this year and had the pleasure to connect with Sherley Guerrier, Assistant Property Manager who made what could've been a stressful time for me very seamless.  The application/lease and financial obligations were easily completed online and the move-in process supported with a dedicated elevator.  Sherley is always attentive to any question or concern,  extends a hello, lite pleasantries and a smile.  Shares the best social events on the residential portal giving people a chance to switch it up a bit.  She's confident and knowledgeable about her business and a reward to have at The Edge. Thanks Sherley for all that you do!!!
