Moved in about 6 months ago. Move in process was smooth and everything has been cleaned. Maintenance has responded quickly to requests. Biggest concern has been the construction across the street as it does continue to make significant noise. Something to be aware of. Also there has been additional fees added to my rent with the new leasing company. Nothing substantial (less than $100) but definitely not something agreed upon originally. Also, the 5th and 6th floors do receive noise from the gym and social areas. Again great experience but a couple of details to highlight.

One elevator was down for three months, and now the only working one is out again. No lights in the hallway… the image speaks for itself. I don’t even know what else to say.

Work was completed on time efficiently and beautifully. Thank you very much.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The amenities are solid, and the other residents are very friendly, which makes for a great community atmosphere. A big shoutout to Avram, the maintenance supervisor—he’s always running around making sure everything is taken care of and is incredibly helpful whenever I need something. Angela in the leasing office is also fantastic—both she and Avram always greet you with a smile and make things easy. Their friendliness and professionalism really make a difference. Overall, very happy with my experience here so far!

Cleanliness in apartments could be stepped up a notch before move-in (was hoping for a deep clean rather than spot clean), but all the staff I’ve met are friendly and hardworking. Antoine from the front desk has been a pleasure to chat with, Angela from the leasing office was an indispensable source of information on and since move-in, and Avram from maintenance went above and beyond when my water heater was giving me issues, upgrading me to a newer/larger tank to ensure I was satisfied. Great employees and great people all around.

I reported my dryer had stopped working and the next morning they replaced the whole unit. I was surprised and grateful for the quick response and solution. Both men were very pleasant and helpful! I even found lost socks and underware inside the outside of the washer drum in the old unit!

Eon Squared is managed at the highest level, thanks to the incredible Cushman & Wakefield team. Their responsiveness and dedication to the community are unmatched. Jen and Angela are always available to address concerns, ensuring the right person is tasked with each issue. Yoly, the property manager, is solution-driven and handles everything with a smile, making the entire experience seamless. Avram, the maintenance supervisor, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is properly fixed. I’ve never seen a team so happy, efficient, and committed to creating a well-managed living environment. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Thank you!
