I recently moved to the country and had the pleasure of finding this fantastic building. The amenities are top-notch, making my living experience incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. G was amazing; he promised to help me throughout my application process and with the initial utilities setup. Not only did he keep his promise, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. When I needed maintenance, Roger provided outstanding assistance. Carlos, the supervisor, is also very kind and attentive. I am genuinely happy and feel that I am truly home. Update: After completing one month here, I would like to mention that both the maintenance and managerial staff continue to be very friendly and supportive.
After 6 months in the building, I still receive all the support I need. The staff is great, and I love the community and facilities.

If you’re going to write bad reviews, you should also take the time to write the good ones—so here’s mine! Our lease renewal was up, and we had plenty of options. After careful consideration, we decided to stay for two key reasons: first, we absolutely love our apartment, and second, the  property management team, Yvette and Anthony. they made our transfer so easy and make sure all our needs were taking care of. Thank you Yvette and Anthony.  We are very happy to call the Manor at Flagler Village our home for the last 9 years.
When the management company took over last May, it was very challenging. However, since the transition, things have been amazing. We’ve seen noticeable improvements over the last few months, and it’s clear that the team is dedicated to making this a great place to live.
Highly recommend!

As a leasing agent I wanted to join the team at manor and make things great but the property manager doesn’t seem to care. After weeks of following up she doesn’t even answer the phone but tells the assistant to handle it. Absolutely disgusted with their work ethic. Don’t recommend dealing with this.. can’t imagine living here

Serious Security Issue & Poor Management ...
Serious Security Issue & Poor Management Response On February 9th, multiple cars were broken into on the third floor of the parking garage, including mine. The thieves smashed my driver’s side window and stole valuable items. In total, five cars were affected.
What makes this even worse is that the parking gate has been damaged for about a month, and management has done nothing to fix it. We pay for security and a parking facility that is supposed to keep our vehicles safe, yet this issue was ignored, leading to a major security breach.
When I went to the office expecting them to take responsibility, their response was dismissive. They simply said that “crime happens everywhere” and that they didn’t know what to do about my situation. They mentioned sending an email to others to “see what they could do,” but their lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable.
Negligence led to this situation, and instead of acknowledging that, management is making excuses. I have sent an email and now I’m waiting for their response, which I hope will come this week. At the very least, they should take responsibility and do right by the residents affected.
The way they are handling this situation makes it clear that they don’t genuinely care about tenant safety. As of now, I’m seriously considering moving. This is not a place with responsible management that takes care of its residents.
I will update in the coming days regarding their response—or lack thereof.
It’s been 4 days, and they dont give an answer, they just said they dont know what to do?
All the cost from the window was $700, and they don’t want to give a response, they did not send any email regarding the situation.

We're sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience, Sergio. Rest assured, our Community Manager is working diligently to determine what we can do to mediate this concern and work towards a resolution for you. We will provide you with an update as soon as we have one, as we strive to handle every report made to our office with great care. Regarding our gates, we are in the process of making necessary repairs and we will be sending out a communication to our valued residents with a status update on this matter as well shortly. We appreciate your patience throughout this, and we will be in touch soon.

Management does not care about residents ...
Management does not care about residents or their property. Car thefts and vandalism continue to occur here. Garage gate is broken.
The parking areas on the first and second floors are always open, and no one controls access. I understand that businesses use this parking, but access could be restricted by installing barriers with authorized entry, just like in the neighboring Quantum complex.

UPDATE: I am lowering my review from a t ...
UPDATE: I am lowering my review from a two star to a one star... The management's apathy is not fun to deal with. Be warned - management doesn’t seem to care about you.
Packages: management does not seem to care that packages are constantly being stolen. Even when you use Fetch (which they charge you for even if you don’t want to use it), packages at your door will get stolen. I’ve emailed them constantly about this since June and they will continue to just say “we are working on it.” Clearly, they aren’t working on anything.
Communication: Management likes to tell you they are working on issues without actually taking action. They don’t respond to emails about the package issue anymore. There is zero communication with the residents about anything. The phone system also doesn’t work after hours. They will just close the office for no reason with no communication.
Safety: they are clearly violating a fire safety code by having exit signs above locked doors… imagine being trapped in a fire trying to exit, following the signs, and then being led to a locked door. That’s a HUGE liability and safety concern. But I told them this already and they didn’t care. They also stopped using a security guard. No wonder people have the audacity to commit theft here all the time.
Cleanliness: Dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs so there is constantly dog poop in the stairwells.
The gym: isn’t open early enough for a lot of people. For me, it’s fine, but I’ve heard many residents complain about this.
The good: the actual apartment unit is nice (luckily we didn’t get mold in ours like some others) and quite large. The pool is great and maintenance is responsive. The location is overall good and walkable. It’s a shame that management is making the experience of living here so negative.
