This place should stop sending out "Rate your Experience" emails, because I can't imagine their rating is going to go up. Let me break this down for anyone considering...for context, I've lived her about a year now, and it started out really well, super cute unit, hardwood floors, good location..BUT it seems some money hungry new management team stepped in and completely disregarded the resident experience and are just here to collect a check.
A couple experiences that come to mind:
1. On June 18, the ENTIRE door of our oven fell off. Maintenance didn't even acknowledge us until July.
2.It's in a nice area, but something about all the homeless people that just kick it in the garage don't make me feel entirely safe.
3. There are no doorbell cameras allowed outside your door. (we had one, and were forced to take it down because it 'violated privacy') Oh and be advised, there are zero cameras in any hallways, mail rooms, etc.
4. I had a $300 package stolen out of a mail room. Their response? "Sorry, you should have used the third party delivery service we make you pay for for an extra $25 bucks a month"
5. I'm currently having a teeny tiny bug infestation (like, a lot of bugs) crawling out the cracks in my shower and bedroom that could very well be termites or some other invasive species. After having to send another followup email (since they don't ever check the maintenance portal timely) their response was ok, pest control will be there in next Thursday. (well over a week from the original request, but sure, I'll figure it out)
6. The door from the garage to the hallway ( to units )isn't locked or functioning, so anyone could wander the halls from the garage
7. The gym is randomly locked sometimes. I love when this happens when I'm up and at 'em at 6am.
8. We have a 2/2 and there was a point this fall where BOTH toilets weren't functioning for over a week and we had to walk down to find another bathroom after being ghosted by maintenance for weeks.
9. The AC was down in the hallways for a good 3 months this summer and I know multiple people who had to break their lease on their own account due to mold.
