Lovely building but the bathroom exhaust ...
Lovely building but the bathroom exhaust pipe just keeps the air inside the bathroom. Because there is no exhaust of any from any room to the outside malodorous air remains in the apartment. Bathroom smells are pushed out of the bathroom and into the apartment where they stay for hours. This is most unpleasant and against the law!
