Mirador Miami Beach

Communication with 1000 MIRADOR management has been extremely difficult! Ive been a tenant at 1000 MIRADOR for over a year, and while the property itself is well-maintained, my experience with the management team, particularly ANIKA, has been disappointing. Communication with management has been extremely difficult. ANIKA is unresponsive and often fails to address issues promptly. On multiple occasions, Ive been left waiting for necessary assistance, which feels as though its done intentionally. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Residents should feel supported by their building management, but unfortunately, that has not been the case here. I sincerely hope the management team takes steps to improve their communication and service to ensure residents concerns are addressed fairly and efficiently.

Cockroach problem. Only one elevator works at all. Residents are generally miserable.

The man who is the morning valet is rude to the drivers who are going to deliver food. Suggestion if you don't like them bringing food to the apartment owners, that they put a parking lot only for drivers who bring food
