I was one of the first tenants, and am very satisfied with all aspect of the building. Management has been responsive to my questions and needs, and even with a few minor odd and ends to correct in the beginning, it has been a very pleasant experience to live there.

I don’t live here (yet), but I came to look for a place before they finished construction and the building is incredible! All the units are so beautiful and have such an amazing feeling. The building is a luxury loft so you will pay luxury prices (as of 2023 the year I am writing this review). The one thing I didn’t like was the parking garage. Since they have space limitations, they installed garage elevators which is not my favorite if you are a household that is coming and going all day. Overall it’s a great building when it comes to the architecture.

Beautiful Loft residences. Very unique and different from your normal apartment. Very close to downtown without being in the chaos. You won't find anything like it around!
