I understand the job of security but wha ...
I understand the job of security but what is not ok is how MIMS treats residents and guests of residents. She is an instigator and goes out of her way to ruin residents day. HOW DOES SHE HAVE A JOB AND HOW IS SHE ABLE TO HIRE STAFF THAT CONTINUOUSLY FIGHTS RESIDENTS. Not the first time this has happened but on multiple occasions. If there was a proper head of security none of these issues would transpire. The board of association needs to reevaluate their security “team”

Parking is poor; The valet parking staff is always short-tempered and not friendly. The facilities are old but it is nice.
