After living here I find it hard to believe that The Ivy is rated this high on google. Pros:
Great pool and gym
Friendly receiving staff
Amazing location
Bodega downstairs is so convenient
Cons:
Extremely rude management that is notorious for not being helpful. Shakida has a terrible attitude and is very dismissive.
Overbearing security
Elevators frequently break
You need a $500 deposit to use the service elevator
Its a hassle to get contractors in
Dog waste everywhere
Don't believe the fake reviews and avoid this place. Check out the Mint instead.
