Very horrible place to live at IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TOWED then your more than welcome to live here it’s very unfair that it’s only 2 parking spots per unit they’re not thinking about the people that lives with the owner and the guest parking is only up to 14 days in a month it’s ridiculous cause I live here I don’t understand why would my car get towed if I’m also a resident there where would I park ????

Great place to live very quiet

Terrible at alerting people about upcoming construction on neighborhood, Terrible at keeping the community clean, terrible at Association management. I had realized the association chooses certain people to give privileges too, and it’s frustrating having to deal with your CAR GETTING TOWED EVERY OTHER MONTH KNOWING THAT YOU STAY IN THE COMPLEX. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AT, I RECOMMEND NOT TO EVER COME HERE. BIGGEST WASTE OF MORTGAGE I EVER HAD TO MANAGE

This place is not a fair place, The association treats all newcomers like pest. I honestly can’t fathom the animosity of the neighborhood. Very unfriendly, very rude
