I have been living here for 8 years and I absolutely love it here!!! The office staff and maintenance staff is amazing! Asia and Destine have been so patient and I have recommend this property to all of my friends and family.

Franklin is such a great guy and hard worker he always come through for Miss peaches and my advice is to keep him around for a very long time he does such great work and I can count on him all the time oh my goodness

Been here for 2 years now. And the administration has always helped when needed. Maintenance has quickly fixed any repairs Ive needed, Franklin especially has been very helpful.

Frank is the best ! He came to my daught ...
Frank is the best ! He came to my daughter’s unit and fixed the issue with her AC. He is very kind knowledgeable and caring . He went above and beyond to let me what he is doing and also about replacing the filter atleast once a month. He also informed me that the office has filters as well. He is definitely an asset to the company and community

I have lived in this community since 2022. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and clean. My apartment meets all expectations. Asia in the leasing office been friendly, professional and helpful since day one!

Hello Future neighbor, I have been with Osprey Apartment for six years now, I can't stress enough how much the staff truly care for it's residents. They go out of their way to make you feel like family, and take all of your concerns seriously and address them in an expediently manner. I had a small issue regrading my rent and Mr. Michael Hernandez rectified the problem in short order! He is just but one of many professionals ready to help you feel right at home.
