Great apartments . Wish they offered 2 parking spots even at extra cost . But no availability

From the moment I came to tour to building up until my move in date, the level of service & support that I have received from the team here has been nothing short of amazing. Not sure what these other “bad” reviews had going on, but definitely not the experience I had. The building is new, clean and quiet which I love! Glad to have chosen this place to call home.

Do not apply to this place, the people in the office lie about how to be accepted and the options for entering the building. I have a good personal record and my credit is normal. And yet they deceived me by saying that there were options for my case and it applied.

Super cute , quiet  community to leave in. Building is located in very convenient location and no matter where you heading you are 15-20 minutes away. Publix is around  the corner, whole foods and aldi’s are less than ten minutes drive.
There is everything you need in this area.
Olga and her team went above and beyond to help me go through moving process(even tho i was moving in around Xmas).They were there to respond on every concern i have.
Community is very well maintained and amenities are top-notch.
What a wonderful place to call home !!

I just moved and I feel very comfortable. The complex is very pleasant, the location is super central and the vibe of the place is very nice. Isabella, Olga and Monica's attention and help with our moving process was invaluable. I am pleased to have found a place this beautiful and pleasant.

Since I moved into this building, the experience has been great. I especially want to highlight the attention of Isabella, Monica and Olga, who from the first day were extremely diligent, kind and always willing to help with every detail. The building has a good location, which makes it very convenient for everyday life (although, depending on the distance, it is always good to take precautions for traffic). Additionally, the common areas are immaculate, well designed, and truly a space you can enjoy.
It is a place where you can see the care in every aspect, something that really makes a difference and makes living here a true pleasure.

I've been living here for 6 months and everything was great. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Things changed when my car was stolen from the parking lot. Camera footage couldn't be accessed for over a week which made the insurance process a nightmare. You're suposed to feel relax and safe in your home and thats not the case anymore.
That's the only reason why I couldn't recommend this Apartment building in the future (and its a very important reason)

This was possibly one of the smoothest move-in experiences I've ever had. Everyone in the leasing office was extremely accommodating and Olga was a stand out. She went over and beyond to show me multiple units and kept consistent communication with me throughout the approval process.  I genuinely felt like I was joining a great community and so far it has lived up to my expectations!
