I toured the Kavista Apartments yesterda ...
I toured the Kavista Apartments yesterday with Olga & Walter, both were super informative, and answered all my questions and concerns. They both are very personable which is nice especially being new to the area. They took their time in showing me multiple apartments. They definitely have made an impact on my decision making when choosing the right place for me. I look forward with working with them! Highly recommend when considering the Kavista apartments, ask for Olga and Walter.

We had a great service, I was satisfied with the property and the conditions, agent Olga attended us with great affection and answered all our doubts. I highly recommend it.

Monica and Olga were incredibly nice and ...
Monica and Olga were incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable about the building, all the floorplans, they both knew the neighborhood well and provided me with an extensive tour of Kavista. The building is incredible, amazing apartments and outstanding common areas. Monica was great at suggesting the right floor plan for me (and she was right). It was not the largest one, but one that was quite special and fitted my needs.
Move in should be happening by mid March and I am very excited to be making Kavista my next home.

I loved the spot its near Wynwood and Brickell plus 20 minutes from the beach . The property manager Monica is the sweetest can't speak highly enough of her .

Went in for a hard hat tour. FYI there is no future resident parking even though the email they send states that, so you have to park on a street with limited parking. Then I go in for the tour and end up getting asked all these questions from the team when I tell them I have to go back to work soon. 30 minutes later… the team shares the address and say they’re going to meet me for the hard hat tour. I drive to the site for the hard hat tour and wait 15 minutes and no one from the leasing team shows up to give me the tour or answers my call to ask where they are . A whole hour wasted on pure nonsense, don’t know if i was racially profiled or what but their team is definitely unprofessional . And the buildings were supposed to open January 2024 and now they’re saying March…they look far from completion — good luck to future residents

DaNaya, I'm sorry to read about your experience. This is not the impression we want to leave on our prospective residents, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We are still under construction and will have guest parking in the future. Please note with construction we are at the mercy of the General Contractor. We have a great team here and enjoy showing the new property to prospective residents. We've had such positive responses from everyone and unfortunately, the tours were running behind. I'm sorry, that we were running behind and you missed your appointment, but please stop by when you have a chance and we will show you the wonderful property. We are here to serve everyone! I am very excited to welcome Kavista Apa ...
I am very excited to welcome Kavista Apartments to the neighborhood. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the leasing agent and property manager and touring a one bedroom unit. Monica and Olga are very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming and took their time to explain all the features of the apartment and building. The units are beautiful with high grade, quality finishes, wonderful views and amenities. Can't wait for the building to officially open and to meet our new neighbors!
