Biscayne Shores

Living at Biscayne Shores has been a fantastic experience. The building partners with 5th Ave Concierge, which truly enhances the living experience. Mike has been here since we moved in this past August, and from day one, he has made us feel right at home. He is always attentive, welcoming, and goes out of his way to open the door with a smile. Jordany is equally wonderful—his dedication and helpfulness, especially in tracking down misdelivered packages from Fetch, have been invaluable. Biscayne Shores wouldn’t feel like home without them!

Both apartments and townhomes are so nicely finished here. The infinity pool that overlooks the ocean is the cherry on top. If you are coming to tour the property, ask for Jose! He always provides great customer service and makes sure to find the perfect fit for each client of mine.

I came to visit Biscayne Shores for some potential housing for me and my family when I was met by a wonderful staff. Victoria alongside the property manager Jesus and Jose were so warming and welcoming. The area was very clean and the the views were great from my new potential home. Definitely a 10/10 experience!!!

I came in with a friend to help shop for an apartment. I can honestly say that this building is gorgeous. The common areas are not fully complete but, with an open mind and the renderings in the office I am able to envision the final product. My lease is up in a few weeks and after the experience I had with the staff I can honestly say that I’m sold. The attention to detail, and enthusiasm from the staff is contagious. This property is a gem. Looking forward to moving in fall of this year.

Super nice building manager and maintenance. Building is also in a great location, walkable to Publix, a bunch of restaurants and the heart of Miami Shores.

I have no complaints it’s a very quiet, respectful area, the staff is friendly, and very warming, and it’s not hard to reach the landlord with any questions, or issues.

Is not open for checking at the time you fixed I don't understand
