The Laurels at Margate

What's the point of having a car alarm when you just let it go off all day and night???

The Laurels At Margate Condominium. The new board is doing an amazing job.  I appreciate and applaued the new board and would love to see them on for another year!

The new board president is committed to improve this community, he is a full time volunteer that has made all the difference! The new manager is a professional who treats people with respect and courtesy.
The other members of staff are always available and ready to help, the cleaning and maintenance personnel are keeping the community in a nice condition. While it is getting ready to finish the 40 yr certification, painting of buildings, roof replacement and paving. Also, the New board has changed the 18 months of escrow that made it difficult to buy here. Now it’s only 3 maintenance months!

I just bought my apartment at Laurels.  The process was easy and fast. A special Thanks  to the manager as she answered all my questions and help to find a time to the meeting that meets my needs at work. The president was very nice at meeting. Thanks for everything!

The Laurels at Margate is a community full of light, peace, love, I fell in love with its green fields, its playgrounds, the tranquility that you feel living there. It is a community of respectful, united, kind, humble residents, full of people who have made Laurels a community of peace. We are all our heroes, especially some people who are an example to follow for having achieved that our community is full of light.
