Sanctuary Cove Apartments

this place is absolutely pathetic and here’s a list of why you SHOULD NOT come here, since the management thinks it’s cool to complain about “noise” but not fix your ac when you call the emergency number. •roaches. everywhere. no matter how clean you are.
•neighbors are ghetto, they can’t control their kids and will let their kid fight you but won’t hear any criticism about the gremlin (my young brother got threatened with a knife by a kid younger than him)
•this area isn’t safe in general, you’d have to be desperate and straight up running out of money to want to live here
•a staff member in the management office abused his power and threatened to kick us over “noise” when he was also banging on the walls and making noise himself
•there’s a neighbor who shoots his gun during celebrations that involve fireworks, and despite management saying not to do fireworks (and definitely not fire weapons), he still does it and he has yet to be evicted like the notice said. so these people really just pick and choose who they want to harass while constantly ignoring your requests to repair anything that goes awry.

I called to inquire about availability. Mani short talked me and then hung up in my face. I called back Lorie answered she also short talked me. Both ladies are extremely rude. If they don’t like to communicate with people maybe that’s not the job for them. They don’t even give the proper greeting. This is saddening

Rona was very nice, welcoming, and informative. She took the time to go above and beyond with our tour of the complex. She answered all of our questions and more. She has a great spirit and I appreciate her kindness and attentiveness. It was a pleasure meeting her. Thank you Rona for the wonderful experience.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and I have never had any kind of problem, the office is excellent and always takes care of my problems on time, I love my place!!
