DO NOT MAKE NAUTILUS LUXURY APARTMENTS YOUR HOME! Residents of the Nautilus Luxury Apartments as they call it are not happy and it’s not Luxury!!!
“Avoid Renting Here – Management is Unresponsive, and Living Conditions Are Terrible!”
If you’re considering Nautilus Luxury Apartments, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is far from what it promises and has become a constant source of frustration for residents. Here’s why:
1. Management Doesn’t Care: The management team is unresponsive to resident concerns, and no real solutions are provided. Strikes and complaints posted by residents in common areas reflect the desperation here.
2. Poor Maintenance: The pool has been closed for renovations for an indefinite period that’s from 2023 when I started my lease to 2024 when my lease ended, yet no updates are given. Washing machines are often out of order, eating up your money without functioning. When you report it, management does nothing to resolve it.
3. Hygiene and Safety Issues: Roaches and pests are a consistent problem, making the place feel unsanitary and unfit to live in.
4. False Luxury: The term “luxury” is misleading. There are no meaningful amenities, and outdated appliances are handed out that residents are charged for upon moving out.
5. Deceptive Practices: Appliances like old dishwashers are forced upon tenants, and you’re made to pay for them when leaving, regardless of their state or age, Rusty and old  appliances are provided, The fridges are out dated and they  don’t work well, all your food  groceries is gonna go bad and they will not replace it, if they do they bring the old ones from their storage but never anything brand new!
6.     Washing Machines don’t work and management will not care to replace them, if you reach out they tell you go to other buildings or floors. You go there there’s a lot of people waiting and you can’t wash your cloths, Washing Machines were a disaster!
Please don’t make the mistake of calling this place home. It’s clear from multiple complaints and the ongoing issues that the management prioritizes profits over resident well-being. Save yourself the stress and money—find a better place to live!
Catherine the manager will sweet talk you but once you get in you will see her true colors, becomes rude and aggressive! Just look else where

If you don’t like Roaches and Mice stay away. They own 3-4 different apartment complexes and every one of them have roaches and mice. How do I know ? I had family that stayed in each one and I stayed in one.  I stayed there for about three years. I had to get a new stove and that’s when I seen the roaches. Catherine the office manager said am I sure it came from the stove I said yes I never had roaches. They do not care. They buy refurbished and used appliances. Other family I know have moved as well. It’s not worth staying with roaches and your appliances are not updated for the price you can save yourself a Headache.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They routinely “lose” our rent checks and then try to evict us for it. They claim checks bounce when my bank has no record of it just to charge us hundreds in fees, the place is INFESTED with roaches and the people in the leasing office are programmed AI gatekeepers who’s only job is to screw tenants and protect the corporate overlords that couldn’t care less about anyone or anything on their property. Run away. Unless you love all that plus RAMPANT BLACK MOLD.

Poor management, it takes days to solve problems (A/C, plumbing, etc.). The building was infested with cockroaches.
The rent includes a parking space, if you have two cars you have to pay an extra sticker, but the parking lot is always full and more than half of the cars do not have the sticker attached (a theft).
The entrance to the building always smells like cat or dog urine.

If you are being asked at the beginning if you would like "pest control every month" THAT IS A RED FLAG 🚩 🪳 ROACH INFESTED Apartment! They will only Paint over the MOLD. Mold is on EVERY DOOR AND HALLWAY! Humid hallways and faulty A/C units. Your rent will go up every year. Your lease will be terminated without reason exactly 60 days before you're suppose to renew!! When they know you're about to move out, you'll get notices at your door stating "not to throw out personal items in garbage bins or you will be fined". You will not get your deposit back. ALSO, There is NO CORPORATE, Catherine IS CORPORATE!!...

This review is solely based on the leasing office staff. Catherine and Susana are so kind and so helpful. I really appreciated thoroughness and efficiency when taking me through the application process.  10/10 customer service

It'd be great if we could pay rent online. Other than that GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!
