DO NOT MAKE NAUTILUS LUXURY APARTMENTS YOUR HOME! Residents of the Nautilus Luxury Apartments as they call it are not happy and it’s not Luxury!!!
“Avoid Renting Here – Management is Unresponsive, and Living Conditions Are Terrible!”
If you’re considering Nautilus Luxury Apartments, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is far from what it promises and has become a constant source of frustration for residents. Here’s why:
1. Management Doesn’t Care: The management team is unresponsive to resident concerns, and no real solutions are provided. Strikes and complaints posted by residents in common areas reflect the desperation here.
2. Poor Maintenance: The pool has been closed for renovations for an indefinite period that’s from 2023 when I started my lease to 2024 when my lease ended, yet no updates are given. Washing machines are often out of order, eating up your money without functioning. When you report it, management does nothing to resolve it.
3. Hygiene and Safety Issues: Roaches and pests are a consistent problem, making the place feel unsanitary and unfit to live in.
4. False Luxury: The term “luxury” is misleading. There are no meaningful amenities, and outdated appliances are handed out that residents are charged for upon moving out.
5. Deceptive Practices: Appliances like old dishwashers are forced upon tenants, and you’re made to pay for them when leaving, regardless of their state or age, Rusty and old appliances are provided, The fridges are out dated and they don’t work well, all your food groceries is gonna go bad and they will not replace it, if they do they bring the old ones from their storage but never anything brand new!
6. Washing Machines don’t work and management will not care to replace them, if you reach out they tell you go to other buildings or floors. You go there there’s a lot of people waiting and you can’t wash your cloths, Washing Machines were a disaster!
Please don’t make the mistake of calling this place home. It’s clear from multiple complaints and the ongoing issues that the management prioritizes profits over resident well-being. Save yourself the stress and money—find a better place to live!
