Alarms are constantly going off throughout the building, 3 am or 3 pm. They management though nice doesn’t relay important information (like a year long pool closure) in a timely manner (or ever) and tenants find out important information from fellow neighbors after leases have been resigned.
Building now charges additional fees for food or package delivery, and valet.
Pool has been closed during the day for a year, and after saying it would open all day starting July they’ve decided on a year long pool closure without sending communication to residents.
As someone who has lived in multiple buildings in this area before, I would not recommend this one.

Very strange building. As a guest walking in the guy at the front gate stops you and interrogates you. Why is a parking attendant interrogating people when he can't hear? And when you finally get in, you need to justify again to the front desk why you're here and who you're visiting. I don't know why anyone would ever want to move here if you ever have guests planning to visit. TSA is less stressful.

This building truly is a gem for luxury living in Brickell. With stunning bayfront residences, this high-rise has breathtaking Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay views. The front desk is incredibly friendly and the amenities are wonderful. The location makes it easy to drive in and out of Brickell and everything is an easy walk away. It is a perfect place to live the Miami lifestyle.
