The Point at Doral

I feel safe living here, I love the gym and the pool. The condo is clean and safe.
I recommend it
The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have fun spaces for children.

Today I decide to write here because I just signed the renewal of my lease for 12 more months. We have lived in this residence since 2019. In all this time we have seen different administrations, but to the current one, I want to thank you for your efforts to keep the condominium in the best conditions. I want to thank you for having painted the walls at the entrance of building 4240. For having changed the maintenance company, because for the last 5 months the hallways have looked cleaner. Before they would go days without cleaning but now they go several times a week and everything looks good.
I was very happy to read the email informing us that they would clean the stairs with pressure cleaner. He needs it quite a bit. In all the time I've lived here they've never done it.
I also want to thank the girls in the office for their attention, who are always willing to solve anything I have raised. and last but not least, I want to thank you for the initiative of having continued the tradition of having a HALLOWEEN PARTY for our children. This year has been the BEST ever.
These types of activities are definitely what make this community different from the rest, it allows us to meet our neighbors and community workers, in addition to giving us recreation and having a fun time.
I hope they continue with this type of initiatives.

I lived for 3 years at Point at Doral, two administrations and visible changes, things that improved and others that were never the same again. This is an incredible place to live, it is beautiful, safe, well located and with common areas to enjoy. It has a gym, club house, dog park and more, the maintenance guys do EVERYTHING to solve any problem you have (which are not many, everything is like new there) Johny (he is in another property now) and Frank thank you so much , Lisandra, Tomasita and all the people in the office are friendly, they listen to you and resolve any concerns, they are there to help. The only reason why I am not 5 stars is because they increased my rent a lot to match the market cost of what I had been paying and I had to move, it was a lot for me. Otherwise I would have continued at Point at Doral. Thank you all!

Rent is much too much

Good luck finding an affordable apt here. You need money 💰 to live here, and the rent goes up, up, up, every yr. It's not worth it.
