It is a very beautiful place and it has a bunch of nice people in the lobby

The quality of living here is terrible. They promote “luxury apartment living” but the only thing luxury is the price. Duck poop is always on main walkways, the pool is usually broken on the days you’ll actually use it, the security gates are always broken, there is no parking past 8, constant messages from management on stuff that doesn’t pertain to you. Much more to say, all around horrible, many other communities around. You won’t be happy here.

I lived here for three years, and it truly felt like home. The complex is safe, clean, and located in a great neighborhood. The management team is excellent, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a family-friendly environment or a peaceful place to live.

Read carefully, if you are looking for a place to live, just take this advise, DO NOT DO IT, I pay $2,600 a month for one room, humidity is not the worst, services like fixing things in my apartment takes a while to get it done or not done, anybody can get in the community's because the gates are usually broken and that’s how someone tried to brake into my apartment, trash rooms on weekends are full and nobody clean it up so you can imagine the smell…  staff members are nice and good people but are not accountable for their work …  I guess we just want to get home and rest, have a good family time but not here, we shouldn’t be going through this when you pay for a service, it happened to me so be careful and don’t let this happen to you …

This is my third year at The Point at Doral. I keep renewing because I feel at home ! Not only do I feel safe , but I can rely on the management for anything. From the staff in the leasing office to the maintenance team , I am always satisfied for their "always ready to help" attitude. Super caring , attentive and friendly. Love it here !

We have lived here almost 5 years and overall are happy to call this home. We love the pool, gym, office area and overall the community is kept cleaned and organized. Tomasyta has always been there to help out with any issues. There have been some ups and downs with changeover of property management groups in the past but again I feel Tomasyta always goes above and beyond to fix any problems. Maintenance team shows up quick and always fixes the problems. Great location and place to live in Doral!!

Today I'm taking the time to write this review because I'm in awe of the amazing management team The Point at Doral has. I have been a tenant here since 2021 and I just renewed my lease for 13 more months. The apartments are absolutely beautiful but also very spacious, the amenities are very nice and rarely crowded. Also, the maintenance team is always on-site so if something needs fixing you do not have to wait more than a day to have someone show up. Cars need to be registered and guest parking is free for the first 2 hours - what this means is that as a tenant, I PROMISE you will always have a parking space available. Plenty of guest parking spots as well.
I do have to say that the biggest thing for me has been my experience with the management team, especially Tomasyta. This year I had to transfer apartments and it was a very daunting task, however, with the help of Tomasyta and her team, I was able to get the perfect apartment for my family.
Look, there is no such thing as "perfection", anywhere you go you will encounter situations that you might not like but let me tell you something, in the past 3 years I've lived here I've been very HAPPY and at PEACE! Highly recommend you move here!!!!

The place is dirty especially the lakes. The landscaping guys make mud tracks on the grass. The coffee maker only works from 9-10:30 am. The gates are always in operable so they are stuck open. The package room is a disaster. The gym lights & TV’s don’t work. It’s rare that the gym is ever cleaned. There is no visitor parking for when you have guest come over, Only pay per park spots. If you arrive after 10:00pm on weekdays from work you won’t find a parking spot. The list is long & I can go on. I’m not disgruntled but after being here 2 years & patiently waiting the promised improvements never come. The premises are never really in good condition, the timid tracks let by uncaring landscapers, garbage on the premises, the gym not being cleaned for months & months at a time, the mailrooom always upside down making it a difficult endeavor to retrieve a package. Sadly The list goes on & on. I really have given the staff the benefit of the doubt. The upper management acts as a review police instead of actually solving the issue. They’re apprehensive towards the Tennant for complaining & voicing their concerns doubling down on the illusion that the staff is doing their job well. Every day should start with a walk thru to access something the management doesn’t ever do. Instead of seeing the value in a Tennant that takes their time to point out issues that will benefit everyone including the owners they dismiss the concerns all together. This place mainly here to benefit the employees. Special parking Spots, their choice of appts etc. My last attempt.
