The office hours are from 9 to 1 PM, as if anyone can ever make it at that time because of work hours. Also, not open on weekends. Nothing can be done via email, it’s almost all through the office in person. The vehicle registration situation and parking is an absolute nightmare. Security is terrible at the gate since it’s through a third party and no matter how many complaints are put in, nothing gets resolved. There is always a line and security doesn’t answer at times. I own at this property and the fact that OWNERS aren’t given any consideration is very frustrating. Not to mention the pool being closed 24/7 for over a year, with no advisory or update on it opening. Really frustrating dealing with this kind of association.

Good place to live there. The rent is a little high but the apartments are large. They accept pets.
The people who live there are mostly very respectful.
The facilities are good.

Absolutely the worst management ever! You can't have guests stay over, and if you park in the guest area overnight, they threaten to tow your car if you LIVE HERE. Ive gotten my car towed once while living here because they were painting my parking spot and had to park in the guest. You can't have any services done on your car either. If you get a flat tire, they’ll tow your car for you. They even added a no car wash rule, which wasn't mentioned in the contract. I saw someone else getting a car wash and it was allow then but today mine was denied??  They just make up rules whenever they feel like it. The houses are great, but the management is terrible. When I spoke to the lady in charge, she first said that services have to be requested after 4pm, then changed it to before 4pm in the same conversation. Make up your mind and at least stick to the contract. She said, "I don’t understand why you guys come here with so much attitude." Well, maybe realize that we're hardworking people who pay a lot and have to deal with such frustrating management.

Update: 2/28/24 they should consider cutting the budget that they keep increasing by 50k because they have not had a physical security guard at the gates of this condominium during the day for the past several months. Security gate would not let Comcast through to fix internet on Sunday. The association must have forgot people might be working from home during this time.
Update 04/12/23: Security now starts putting tow stickers now on your guest cars at 11pm! Once they put a sticker on MY car on MY spot. 😂 I am an owner here at the greens condos since 2020 and it’s sad my guests, including myself are constantly harassed with the towing and the parking.
If you have time to look for places to rent (Or buy) I suggest you look for one with an HOA that isn’t interested in making money off of towing your car.

You don't want to have parking problems, don't rent or buy there..is real. If you have guest, Nobody can stay more than 2 am, the car maybe will be towed!!!.
If you have a second car, you have to go around several times to find a "guest parking" for you...
If you are tenant or owner and you car breaks down and you rent a temporary one, same problem as the other 2 comments...
The parking spaces/boxes are very small, if you open the door you will hit the neighbor's car...
No, all guards cause that annoyance, only those that not have judgment at all,  it is easy to recognize them. The next day appear stickers that are difficult to remove stuck on cars...
