The Pointe at Pompano Beach is a gated condominium community featuring 120 units located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in Pompano Beach, Florida. Each unit has a beautiful unobstructed water view from private covered balconies. Many units also have an ocean view.
Our heated swimming pool and jacuzzi directly overlook the Intracoastal where you can watch the boats and yachts glide by. We maintain a waterfront grilling station with tables and comfortable seating areas for outdoor cooking and dining. Delivery drivers have no access of simply delivering food to their customers..I got stuck. Almost fought with security and the other driver. Had to wait 20 minutes for the customer to walk barefoot all the way to the gate.

Great place for us to live since 2004. Convenient to the Beach, Pier Restaurant Area, Golf, Shopping, Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton, everything Fabulous South Florida has to offer. This newer building is well constructed and extremely secure in the event of a Hurricane. The balconies are built into the structure rather than stick out. Therefore no major concrete restoration in our future. Direct Intracoastal Views go for EVER and provide non-stop boat watching. Well managed, Low maintenance, Active social activities, and super secure. It's much more convenient being on the WEST side of the Intracoastal than the East.
