Just renewed my lease for 18 months! So happy Gia gave me this option , love my house and the great neighbors. Love the new pool area that was done recently !! Great team always around when needed .

Recently came back to Florida and we are happy with our choice of community. Both my family and I are extremely pleased with the location and the overall ambiance. Great neighbors amazing golf courses (Just started to play for the first time thanks to this community lol )

This is by far the best community I have EVER lived in! The staff is amazing, especially Gia and Inbal from the management office. The bed is extremely large, best pool in the area with an amazing golf course view.

I live here for 6 months now by far the best Town home community in palm aire and I’ll say In Fort Lauderdale area as well .love the 24 months lease option , management team is always on top feels like personal concierge.

Palm Aire is an awesome neighborhood. This community is not. The area attracts wonderful ppl but this community is incredibly underwhelming. Toilets constantly clog, ants everywhere, rats outside in our yard, door handles falling off, closet doors are rough to the point I end up with scratches IF it opens, textured walls, there's no drawer for utensils (they are all deep), unheated pool, fake advertisement when it says dog park. It's a very small area with bushes and trees, no walkway. The good thing is for current tenants we all occupied new construction units. Also, be aware sq ft advertised includes garage.
